Nice house with two floor for stay and a terrace for drying clothes. Ground floor has got three bed rooms all connected with AC and two bedrooms having attached bathrooms. First floor has got three bed rooms with all attached with bath rooms. There are birds, fish aquarium to keep you occupied. Good enough pace to park lot of vehicles and very well maintained. Keep the door closed or put the mosquito net always in the evenings/ early mornings to make sure that they don't enter the house.

I had an excellent stay at this guest house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette, which was perfect for my short stay. What stood out most to me was the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. Small touches like complimentary snacks, a welcome note, and fresh flowers added a personal and thoughtful touch. The location of the guest house was another highlight. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Additionally, the common areas, including a beautifully maintained garden and a cozy lounge, were great for unwinding. Overall, this guest house exceeded my expectations. It offered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would gladly return on my next visit and recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The rooms are neat and clean. The food they provided was good. The owner was very gentle and friendly also the caretakers were very helpful and were very friendly.

We stayed at the homestay for four days with our family. Very neat and clean rooms with all the amenities and feeling of our home. The host is very friendly and cordial. It's very near to major spots at Thrissur.

Nice place to stay with family members.. staff member is very helpful. Very spacious a/c bedrooms with well maintained bathrooms/ toilets. They do have a decent kitchen which has storage facilities n fridge. All rooms are having individual tv and a cable connection with almost all channels local/ regional/ national/ international Word of caution: if you are person / family prefer to sleep beyond 8 am, please inform the care taker the same previous night itself; otherwise you will get a wake up call by 7:30 am with a cup of hot coffee

Very well maintained, very clean bungalow. The host was very friendly and accommodative. We (family of 7) reached the place only at 12 AM and the host graciously came to receive us even at that time, despite making arrangements for handling over the the keys. The place was also well equipped with all amenities and we had a very restful night at the place despite a hectic trip that day. Thank you very much for the stay, Sir.

The property is good and spacious. But poor in cleanliness. We found 3 cockroaches in bed. Mainly the host was not all friendly, who has lot of attitude. They are only to giving justification for our complaints. They are not all serious about guest difficulties. The people who maintin this homestay should grow up.

Grace guest house does not have power back up because of which you will have to suffer the heat even though opted for ac room. Otherwise it's a good homestay at a calm and good location. All amenities are fine for a good safe overnight stay with family.
