Rooms: Even after booking well in advance, room is not given at the time of check-In and asked to wait in the morning. After, it is given with uncleaned AC room for temporally only for freshup after I/we agreed only. Non AC room is given in the evening after returning to hotel. It is very congested, no table to eat the food, no hot water. No children safety lock. No door bell. Service: No room service, damaged intercom phone. Not even had the early complementary break-fast, not exactly know the food quality. Location: Near to railway station and KSRTC stand, but narrow road to reach it. Outside fast moving vehicles. Opposite tea stall uncle is very nice for early morning tea. Language: I don't know the Malayalam, but still able to manage in English with receptionist. Some time took the help from my team. Room cleaning is moderate. Not having proper window for air circulation.

Disappointing Stay - Avoid if Possible 1-My recent stay was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room, I was immediately disappointed to find a leftover water bottle from a previous guest, indicating poor cleaning standards. The room itself was also incredibly small and cramped. 2-Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. The staff I encountered were unhelpful and even rude. For those traveling with larger vehicles, be aware that the covered parking is not suitable for 7-seater cars. 3- Additionally, the breakfast timing, starting at 8:30 am, is inconvenient for early risers. Finally, the room service was exceptionally poor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

They were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with our needs. Their friendly and attentive service truly made our experience exceptional. The rooms are very neat.. location close to station. Based on a short 12 hour stay. Visited Guruvayur and stayed at this hotel to freshen up, visit the temple and back. The hotel seems brand new, the rooms of excellent quality - the bed, linen, towels, soap, dental kit, bucket, mug, closet ... you name it, everything speaks of quality. Did not avail any service, but giving top rating just for the quality of the room. Will definitely stay here for a longer trip.

We visited this hotel as a group of 10 and had a truly disappointing experience. One of the major issues was with an unopened bottle of whiskey we had brought with us. After allowing staff access to the room for cleaning, we later found the bottle opened and partially consumed. When we raised this concern, the owner refused to take responsibility and instead blamed us, insisting their staff was innocent. To make matters worse, the water bottles in the room were not replenished, and we were charged for bottled water. Although they offered a small reduction on charges for extra beds--likely due to our complaint--this did not make up for the breach of trust and poor service. Some members of our group don't even drink, so being accused of lying added insult to injury. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had, and I strongly advise against staying here.

Hi we have recently visited this hotel.Nice place to stay with affordable price.very near to railway station.it was very clean and tidy and staffs were also friendly.Especially special thanks to Abbas who works in the night shift he was very dedicated and treated us very well.we reached there around 1.30 in the night he was very supportive with a smiling face. Disappointing Experience at Eden Palace Thrissur I recently stayed here with my friends and unfortunately disappointed with my experience. : The rooms are very small for what they charged and housekeeping didn't respond promptly to our requests. The staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. They over charged us and when we requested for refund they literally gave some extra bed charges and cleaned up the entire money. Also they opened our untouched sealed liquor bottle when we went out and by the time we came back it was half consumed. And when we raised this issue they just ignored it. Also they don't have ample parking space in the basement . You cannot take a big SUV . Over all i don't recommend ...

Had very bad experience at this hotel. Even though, advance booking done for an ac room, first they given to me & my friend, non ac double room, which was too small. Then they shifted us to another ac room where in ac was not working. Later they attend the complaint when we went out. My other fellow travellers also met with other type of issues in their room. Over all my stay was too horrible there.
