We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Daas Regency Hotel for making our daughter's Holy Communion dinner party truly special. Hosting over 300 guests is no small task, and your team managed it with incredible grace and professionalism. The hall was beautifully arranged, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and received many compliments from our guests -- it truly added to the joy of the occasion. A special thank you to Mr. Sunil, the manager, and the entire staff for their attentive service and support throughout the event. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated by our family. Thank you once again for helping us create such wonderful memories.

Ahhhh! where do I start it feels like a whole cinematic universe, Ok lemme : I've stayed at Dass Regency Thrissur on 6-5-25 to 7-5-25 on my way to Solo trip (bike).. As I did my booking on 27-3-25 particularly for Pooram, I repeat 50days in advance in Cleartrip app.. On the day of arrival do you know what the hotel staff did? They didn't allow me for Checkin for 1hr, as they increased fair accordingly to their wish, they demanded extra 2000 for my stay which I was ready to pay but my ethics didn't allow me to, later after some argument I just called Cleartrip and said about the issue, there's some deal Cleartrip offered : they asked me to pay 2000 extra money and asked me to mail the receipt which I did accordingly, Got my refund within 30mins to Cleartrip. It's getting personal now : There's a guy called 'Sunil' (Duty manager)who created all this ruckass, he was the one who's demanding more money and there's another woman which I spoke on call called 'Shruthi' a big liar, actually after confirming my room booking I did make a call for Dass Regency on 1st April itself, I spoke to her regarding my room reservations and said my priorities, but when I reached the hotel it's completely different.. She said no no no no .. You've to pay extra 2000 and stay, else don't.. for your kind information 'Shruthi' even if I cancel I won't get my refund as per your hotel rules.. I completely understand the situation as there was Pooram u increased fair, but there was some 50days none of your hotel staff have informed me, Dass Regency this is complete bullshit! I've loved my stay at your hotel and I recomend to, but I don't think you gonna make any progress with this kinda staff! Very unprofessional, lemme finish it light hearted Mr. Sunil took a few photos with me while checkout, 'Sunil' you messed with a wrong person! I repeat such an arrogant Uncle.. Cleartrip handled it very well. Dass Regency : Your staff need councelling.. Yes making money is important, at the same time morals are the priority. . . . Appreciate Robin and Sajin for their help and throw that Electrician (I don't know his name) away, there was some powercut! I asked whats wrong? he's showing unnecessary attitude.. Bro u ain't a malayali Superstar, just a staff in some hotel stay in your limits.. AHHH! I would've punched you straight away! You're lucky mate. . . . Dass Regency : Appreciate your rooms and facilities! Not these idiotic staff.

At first glance, the hotel, with its newness and lush green surroundings, seems promising. However, several issues mar the experience. The staff, from the receptionist to the waiters, lack courtesy and seem indifferent to guests' needs. The quality of food is disappointing and should be avoided. Although breakfast is advertised to start at 8 AM, it was still being prepared at that time. The bed sheets were torn, and the suite I stayed in did not have enough chairs for guests. When I requested additional chairs, I was told none were available. For dinner, we ordered only chapatis, which took an hour to arrive and were of very poor quality. If you are simply looking for a place to stay, this hotel might suffice, but do not expect the service standards found in other hotels. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

The view and the food especially tribal chiken and service by mr. Sreedhar the capton. Serving with warm smile very very good hidden germ. This for the great service.

Found this hotel on make my trip suggestions. The hotel is located at 6KM away from Vadakunnathan temple. The ambience is so calm and nice. we booked super deluxe room and it's so spacious and bright. TV, mini fridge, cupboard with digital safe, iron box, kettle all available. Washroom is very clean provided with basic things brush, tooth paste, shampoo etc and hair dryer. Bed is so comfortable and had nice sleep. Room service is good. Staffs are polite and very helpful. Food is good. A special thanks to Shruti mam who is very polite, patience and helped me in all my queries. Overall extremely satisfied and will recommend this hotel for all.

Bad Experience at Dass Agency Hotel, Thrissur I recently stayed at Dass Agency Hotel in Thrissur and had a disappointing experience. Despite providing my ID card during check-in, the front office staff asked for another ID card the next morning at 6 am, disturbing my sleep. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate. As a guest, it's frustrating to be asked for the same documentation multiple times. The hotel's service needs improvement, especially in terms of communication and guest handling. Rating: 2/5 Would not recommend due to poor front office service.

It's very nice hotal.. and staff.. sarvice also very good Mr Ranjeet is great person... Breakfast so good there.. what you want.. you eat breakfast.... Iam coming again this hotal only... Thank you
