Such a worst experience i had here,very poor customer service,right from reception to restaurant, bathrooms are very worst,it's not suitable for ladies.

Check-in was delayed by 30 mins as the rooms were not ready. Bathroom did not have handwash or shower gel & the containers were empty. AC stopped working middle of night and we had no idea what numbers to call reception or the maintenance to check the AC. Complementary breakfast was not explained properly and it wasn't a buffet it was table order, the bearer was least bothered to explain and we ended paying for it. The restaurant barely had any guest and the service was slow as sloth. Treebo is good and I have good experiance but this property was way beyond good / better. I would recently not recommend this property at all.

Overall a good hotel to stay. It's a property which is decently maintained. The location is within the city limits nearby city centre. The in house restaurant is good and offers limited menu options but worth exploring.

This is one of the oldest and reputed hotel and restaurant in thrissur town. Kerala style Fish curry meals or biriyani available in the afternoon in this restaurant is famous and simply awesome!!!! If you are looking for fried-rice, chopsuey and pasta or such stuff, please go somewhere else.Overall, food quality is really good, but poor service and long waiting time makes you want to leave the awesome kerala food and go somewhere else. In the afternoon, it will be extremely difficult to find seating space. Request the management to improve the seating capacity in the restaurant and also employ better efficient staff in the restaurant. Good place to have karimeen fry. Prices are very economical. Staff service especially restaurant manager in the restaurant is extremely poor. Once you place order, even for fish curry meals or chicken fry or fish fry or something extra , especially during lunchtime, waiting time is too much.

Nice room with all needed facilities and good customer service too. Near to thekkinkad maidanam making it more easy to access nearby temples and town areas.very good experience

I had a horrible experience. Booked a room online by making full payment and got a confirmation but when I arrived, the hotel staff said that room was not available and they can't be held responsible for online booking. The Treebo customer support was very polite but did nothing to help, put the blame on the hotel staff. Advice caution when booking this place.

Brilliant place in Thrissur, lovely and cooperative staff. Very close to the Thrissur fest and convenient to travel to the grounds.
