Rating: (3/5) The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the room itself was just okay and could have been much cleaner. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned, and the bedsheet had some tears, making it feel a bit worn out. The bath towel provided didn't seem hygienic either. The biggest issue was the AC--it didn't cool the room properly, and I still felt hot despite booking an AC room. That was quite disappointing. Overall, decent service but needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness and comfort.

The worst hotel in Thrissur. The attitude of receptionist is very uncultured. It was a good hotel 2 years back, now because of the staff and zero renovation, this hotel has become a nightmare. Never consider this hotel even as your last option. Your family trip will get spoiled for sure.

Worst experience in my life.With my baby and wife I was literally shocked after seeing the room and their behaviour..all dirty including bathroom.AC was not working properly.Verifications took more time and they need more id cards to check wether we are trouble makers or not..I will never recommend this again to anyone in my life.

This hotel is very cheap especially gents the chef he was he don't hav manners.he is looking to customers like very cheap he don't hav manners plz suspend this guy captain.staff are look like executive and behaviour like cheap attitude.even fud are waste one no taste at all.

The have charged extra Rs.290 than the amount I had paid online saying that there are discrepancies in online rate. The receipt they have received seems a fabricated one. There were interruption's in power supply multiple times. After complaining they replaced the key and issue resolved.
