Worst experience,if you are drinking beer it's k,but if we order liquor they will manipulate it

The dissatisfaction caused by the hotel is borderline horrendous and unacceptable. The main issue out of many we had, was that the rooms had blood stains on the bed which wasn't washed off properly and the staff just stated we washed it and denied our concern completely. It's falsely advertised stating it's a 3x room while the staff mentioned all their rooms are the same size. There's no water provided in any of these rooms and we have to pay bills for basic amenities like water and toiletries. Even our 3rd replacement room bed was very uncomfortable and unclean and it wasn't maintained properly, filled with cockroaches and dust. From the A/C not working properly to the staff telling us to watch out for electric sockets which could be dangerous for guests. The breakfast which was included was just one item which was dosa and that too there were no options or menu just one item was served and it was bland and honestly not worth the extra money. Honestly it was an unbearable experience and be please be aware and highly suggest not booking the property. Oh and also, there's no WiFi facility here either.

Pooram residency is in the outskirts of Triissur city about 10 Kms in Kodannur .The sprawling compound of the hotel has multi cuisine restaurant and bar attached to it .Moreover they accept Digital wallets like QR Code as a mode of payment which is hassle free and convenient .it's tied up with OYO rooms where one get upfront discounts if booked in advance over the phone .|||||

The foods are good and the bar is work. So there is a strike for closing bar. There is a beautiful auditorium. Good parking services. Underground parking facilities. Ita a big hotel. No one is going to that hotel. I dont know why no one going. But not poor. They have customers. Its a good hotel. Beautiful hotel. Good auditorium. Good parking facilities.

I booked through MMT but hotel denied the booking. Why they post add if they don't want to give service through online booking sites. Then I did spot booking. No one came to pick the bags, no hot water service. My suggestion is that it's west of money and time so I don't recommend this hotel. Dr Rahul R La

Amazing location, the hotel is beautiful so is the service, food was amazing here. Would recommend people to do have a look if you are in Thrissur
