Very bad service. Around ten rooms were booked for the groom party and several of them had AC issues. Even at midnight the guests were awake due to heat. If it was just one room, we could have adjusted. But several rooms with AC issues shows their lack of commitment. The guests who stayed at other hotels nearby had no problem. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very good service. I always stay here when in Thrissur. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They help in valet parking the car as well. There's no better place to stay in the heart of Thrissur. The restaurants and cafe by Bini near to the spot also make dining an ease.

It's a good place if you're only going with four people. Never go if you're with more people. It costs a lot more to sit inside an AC restaurant than outside.The tables are cleared very late. Even if we get our food, we have to wait until the tables are cleared. The food at the outlet is not very tasty.

Location is good. Since it's renews building it is good now. Employees are very friendly and helping. But if your staying there be advised that they have food court has high volume music till late night 2 am

Very bad hotel with very poor service. The reception manager Nithin and operations manager Joel were extremely uncooperative and did nothing to resolve the situiaon. Multiple rooms booked had no working AC, and they feigned ignorance and said all is well. If you're looking for peace of mind, this is not the hotel you want to book.

Hi, I went there during Christmas night. The facility was neat and clean with clear instructions and guidance by front desk. I would say the events being conducted needs to be planned much better as we had a very tough time sleeping there because of events in the hotel. Was too noisy disturbing all the guests who stayed there. That needs to be taken care of very carefully.
