Room was clean nd descent. Booked Ac room. Bathroom was small but clean . Location was at city's hot spot. Got Nonveg and veg restaurants near by. Room service available but pay in advance , 24 hours hot water but at times we have to ask for , as they have only solar powered. Charged 1900/Ac room plus tax Better for short stays.

Disappointing Experience with Aura Residency, Thrissur I recently stayed at Aura Residency in Thrissur and had a disappointing experience. I booked the room with an intention to vacate the next day in the evening, which I already mentioned the hotel staff through call when I tried to book the room that they agreed also but the hotel staff told me that I had to vacate by 11 am. This policy wasn't clearly communicated to me during check in, and it caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I had to spend the day searching for another hotel at a higher price, which was frustrating. The staff's behavior was also rude, especially when I requested an extension. I understand that hotels have policies, but flexibility and clear communication can go a long way in providing a better experience for guests. Given the circumstances, I would rate my stay 1/5. I hope the hotel management takes feedback seriously and works on improving their policies and staff behaviour .

We directly came after checking reviews on google. Our room was not ready 11 so we thought to wait untill 12 pm as the checkin time is 12 pm. Manager was too rude to give us the room on time and was asking us to wait for an hour whenever we ask him. We were a family of 6 and if 2-3 people asked wifi password, he rudely said i have already given the password, how many times you will ask and hung up the call. We felt unwanted even after paying the room rent instead of feeling welcomed.

They provide best rooms for affordable rate . I had a great experience in aura. The main advantage is location of this residency. Room also very neat and clean. You can choose this hotel without doubt when you're planning to visit thrissur. Negative - service The receptionist (a middle aged man) is little bit arrogant. I didn't like his attitude and behaviour, may be that's his tone, don't know about that.

We took a suite room and a deluxe room. It was in different floors. The pillow covers were quite over used. We asked for a change, they didnot have it; however they gave a bedsheet. Parking was good right in front of the hotel. Location is great, close to restaurants like bharath and temples.

Rooms are kind of okayish for a night stay.. they don't provide any room service as major hotels are nearby which is ok but the thing that is very absurd is that they don't even provide any toiletries.. Room we selected was charged above INR 2k and the toiletries was 1Rs clinic plus shampoo and a 5Rs medimix soap and there was nothing else in the room!!! Not even a kettle or tea or coffee sachets nothing else!! Very poor service!! The only pro is the location!!

The most shocking thing happened was just after entering the hotel itself the reception guy asked to pay the room rent in advance..i have been travelling a lot and this is the first time somebody is asking to make the advance rental payment in my entire life..Rooms were having a slight foul smell.. Service was not good...while vacating informed in reception to send a room boy... After waiting for 20 minutes also no one came and took the entire luggages on my own and went to pay the bills..

I stayed there for 2 weeks. Rooms are CLEAN. The staff . Almost all other hotels in the city charge way more for substandard rooms. Definitely 5 stars for this price.
