Had booked the hotel for2 days during wedding function at Kunnathur Mana Heritage resort... nice , clean and spaciousrooms..courteous staff at reception and rooms... tasty food...good location for people conducting functions at Kunnathur Mana or PM Palace, Punnayurkulam, Guruvayur

Had very pleasant stay at here for 4 days. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay here. This is located 20mins away from Guruvayur temple and it's also a good option for people who come by own transport as well if they are looking for comfortable hotel rooms with reasonable pricing.

It's a silent hotel. Clean rooms. 20min drive from Guruvayur and 20 min drive to ponnani. Have got bar in the hotel. Also there is party hall. I did not try the food so no comments about it. Over the phone booked the rooms, they were patient enough to answer queries. When u go direct its 24 hours checkout. The looks of the hotel is very good with greeneries and good number of parking space.

Stayed here for just one night in Feb 2017. On arrival check in was good and I was shown to my room number 101. The wifi was connected for me and only a weak signal in the room but very strong in the reception area. The restaurant and room service were very good and overall the staff first class.||Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel especially as the price was so reasonable.||The room was spacious and the bathroom very good. I needed a shower in the afternoon and as there was no hot water from the tap a bucket of steaming hot water was brought for me to bathe with.||There was no noise from the beer and wine bar next door, and no local traffic noise.||The building is fairly new but has old Kerala feel. Would love to stay again.

Its a good hotel with small neat well maintained rooms. Eventhough the bathrooms are small they are neat and clean. Its almost 12kms away from the temple. So if u planning to go to temple in odd hours please make sure that a vehicle is arranged beforehand. Also its a bar attached hotel so there will be a large local crowd during the night time. Restaurant provides good quality tasty food.

Good Rooms and BAD MAINTENANCE We were visiting Guruvayur for a marriage and stayed here for two nights. The infrastructure looked good with ample parking space but not well maintained. Out of 3 rooms we booked the main door lock was not working in one. After locking, with a gentle push it opens. Even after multiple intimations given to the receptionist no action was taken throughout our stay, we were forced to keep our valuables in our friends room whenever we went out. In the other room there was no shower head in the bathroom as a result we couldn't use that. We managed only because we went as a group and took 3 rooms. And the most unusual thing happened during check-in. In my experience, the initial amount will be paid during booking and the rest is paid on checkout. But here they demanded us to pay fully for 2 days during check-in. This was the main reason they didnt take any action about the lock as they got their money. Make sure you don't pay during check-in. To summarise, The rooms, furniture, bathroom was all of good quality materials but not maintained properly the above mentioned problems are purely due to the negligence of maintenance.

Really nice property!!! Its like a heritage property. Love the wood work and art work at the entrance.
