Mayura Residency

I had a great stay at Mayura Residency. The room was spacious and very clean. There were no mosquitoes, which was a big plus.Free Wi-Fi was available and worked well. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Guruvayoor Temple. Although the rooms are non-AC, they were well-ventilated and quite comfortable. The staff were warm and hospitable, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

We had a wonderful experience at Mayura Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were top-notch. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and all the facilities were well taken care of.

The best hotel to stay if you want to experience non functional ac, rattling sound from fan, flush not working, bathroom light not working, shower not working (they are good guys they will provide you a bucket), absolutely no service, no shower gel and shampoo, no intercom, no emergency exit map, poorest response from staff and clueless about the area if you need some assistance but proud to say we are a 3 star hotel. This being a temple city and full of devotees round the year they won't bother about business anyway. And arrogance of the staff is going to remain as it is!! Please check the photos uploaded in your app that is seen before booking. Those are surely staged photos the actual is nothing like that.

Staying here was the worst experience of my life. The security is very rude in welcoming those who book a room. Please, no one should book a room in Mayura..

Based on me and my families experience it was a very good experience to stay in mayura. The general manager and the staffs are very helpful. Thanks for them.

Just now checked in the room. First appearance reception is good looking. I think the building is very old and hence the room is also very old. There is no intercom. The mobile number given for room service is out of service . The closets are very dirty and the wall tiles are in very drastic condition. Tv not working. Not possible to reach room service. Now I have to go all the way downstairs to get it rectified. As far as for the first one hour of check in this is my experience. Later I update the overall rating
