Guruvayoor Resorts

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was average -- the bedside lamp cover was missing, and the sofa-cum-bed didn't have any bedsheets provided. Also, there were no complimentary water bottles, which is a basic expectation. The biggest downside was the bathroom, which was not clean. On the positive side, the location is easily accessible, and Google Maps led us directly to the resort without any issues. There's also ample parking available, which was convenient. If a bit more attention is paid to cleanliness and amenities, this place could offer a much better experience.

We checked-in in the early hours. The unmanned reception was open with no provision to alert anyone. We were alerted with a snore, apparently a security personnel and we managed to wake him up with great difficulty after a long time to find that he was deaf. The apartment, furnishing and fixtures were excellent for the price. As it was a peak time most of the hotels were packed. The property does not have a restaurant. The security in semi-sleep was kind enough to provide us with black tea saying that he ran out of milk. The location is quite remote and one of the apparently three-staffed resort fetched us an autorickshaw, cycling to perhaps the auto stand. The ambience of the property is quite good, suitable for family events, away from the bustle of the temple town.

Though the property is a bit old, I must say that the rooms were neat and tidy and quite large. The reception arranged for an auto early morning at 4am waking up from their sleep. That was very kind. Situated around 1km away from the temple.

Solo travel .Stayed for a single night. Both receiptionist Mahalakshmi and vijayan very warm and welcoming. First floor the all wash room window needs proper cover to have individual privacy . Which was informed to management they said they will take necesaary steps.Mosquitos present still managable. Over all a good place to stay and enjoy.

The rooms are ok.. But electricity went off many times. Even the generator was not functioning..

Rooms are good. Ambience is good. Can spend relaxed time away from the town here. Service staff are helpful. They arrange auto and give information about temple, places to visit.

Nice place for accommodation. Had taken room for stay .place is calm and had enough parking space .Enjoyed stay .staff is good .had hall for function in from of room .makes easy to get some nice view.
