We're surprised to see a premium at a low price. The owner gave us a separate villa because we visited as a family, and the rooms are very clean and sanitary. Really blessed to be able to stay here for this price with AC and services. The owner is really helpful in responding to all of our requests for assistance. Best villa stay for comfortable stay..

Mixed Experience at OYO Home Happy Villas Our stay at OYO Home Happy Villas had its ups and downs. The villa itself is well-designed and has potential for a comfortable stay. However, our experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we noticed that the rooms were in a less-than-ideal condition, with no fresh bed sheets or cloths provided. The condition of the rooms was somewhat pathetic, and it was disappointing to see a lack of attention to cleanliness. The road leading to the villa added to our concerns; it was not in good condition, making access a bit challenging.

Excellent stay. Good location with calm quite atmosphere. Good furnishing, ac, bed, sheets. What more, you have a fully loaded kitchen with all modern gadgets including cappuccino maker. The best part is the owner.... He is so humble and simple. He is ready to help you anything from outside. This is ideal for group stays for marriage/birthday etc. I understand there are more than 20 villas in the compound

Clean and well organised place with all amenities. Easy checkin, Babu chettan is super friendly and helped my friends with pickup and drop down, provided all support. An easy 5-star rating from my side.

The home is neat and clean, but the owner invades your home multiple times per day to check if I have turned on unnecessary lights,fan etc. Soo who are looking for privacy, better think twice.

Good service. (We stayed for just a night.) Friendly owner. Comfy rooms and facilities.Worth the money.
