No hot water. When we complained, they did nothing. Security staff has no training, didn't even help us with bags - he was more interested in interrogating us on why were there. The additional bed we paid for was a pillow and thin mattress on the floor! They couldn't even provide a decent additional bed. Reception staff were barely courteous. Two stars because the room was clean. This hotel has potential but it's run poorly. Breakfast gets ready only after 8.30am so we didn't eat it both mornings we stayed although we paid for it.. because we couldn't wait that long and had to go out.
Clean and neat rooms with 24 hr hot water ! Budget friendly and try to book it online ! Rashid helped us to give room at an very good price ! Service is also excellent !!
