we stayed there for 2 days in a non ac room and overall it was a very good stay. Room had a double bed, fan, tv, desk (small), single chair, kettle, and wardrobe. The windows were covered with mosquito nets and you need not worry about mosquitoes. The room was very clean, especially the toilet. Things to improve include ventilation (it was so hot inside with no proper ventilation), and drinking water ( it would have been better if there was a water purifier.

For 700Rs per night, I don't know what to expect. But a blanket and a water bottle would have been nice. It was a clean, tiny room, as expected. The bathroom was also clean. The washbasin tap was not working. It's just a halt and go place very near to the chalakkudy bus stand

Rooms are neat & clean ,as per their rent .Near & walkable distance to pvt & KSRTC stand. Near good hotels are there to have food .Also hotel people are providing good service.

Rooms were really good and newly renovated.. bathroom were neat and also well maintained..only negative is there is no lift but no problem only 3 floors..

Best budget type Rooms. Recommended.

Rooms are good and service also good .we booked non AC room for 4persons on Monday the price for the room is excellent but only one thing is negative about rooms. They are not have a proper air ventilation in rooms it becomes very hot in night time we can't even sleep without proper air circulation so management pls take a solution for this To resolve this issue that's all but this property is worth for money

Its upto the price, service was not upto the mark as there were no telephone in my room so contacting the reception was a problem. But room wise its clean and good. Booked a non ac room and its upto the price. From the reception itself they were providing soap, brush and even toothpaste. Overall a good experience specifically for the low price its a good option and is very near to the private bus stand.

Decent room facilities and services. Easily approachable from Chalakudy Private Bus Stand. Staffs are well behaved. However, it is quite hot and Mosquito prone area. Rooms lack proper ventilation. I am suggesting A/C rooms for staying.
