Sterling Lontano Waterfront - Wayanad

It was an absolutely delightful stay at Sterling Lontano! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the peaceful ambience and scenic surroundings. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and nature. Amenities were excellent - spacious rooms,clean pools,relaxing spa and plenty of cozy spots to unwind. Food was delicious with great variety of options.For both kids and adults. Every member of the team was warm and courteous. Special Thanks to Mr Raees,Mr Nidheesh,Mr Joshi , Mr Adharsh and Mr Sai and other front office staffs.

Loved my stay over there. Nitheesh was very helpful with the activities at the hotel like giving us a bird watching tour at the property, helping us out with planning our trip to nearby places or even helping us out with indoor property games. Food was quite amazing and well done to suit a decent palate. They have amazing number of inhouse mango, jackfruit and fig trees. I would love to see the kitchen use them in locally in my future visit. Definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing weekend stay.

The resort is new with most of the needed amenities for a good vacation. Staff is courteous and supportive. |The breakfast options were lesser in comparison to any other good resort (including other sterling resorts) and food is expensive for ala carte options. The team acknowledged the issues with food cost, quality and variety and committed to work on it. They offered fresh jackfruits and ice apples on return which is quite a nice gesture.

Just too good a stay. I have visited other 5 star properties around the area, But the food, the view, the rooms were all just very beautiful. Raees, Nidheesh have been very accommodative for any kind of request. But overall the hotel staff was really good. Clean pool, Homely food, local dishes surrounded by lush greenery, and a lot of fruit trees within the property. They gave us freshly harvested Mangoes, Java apples, Jackfruits . My parents loved the stay.

Excellent property in the lakeside with a huge orchard. I would definitely recommend this property, be it holiday with family or any other vacation. Great hospitality from each and every staff of the resort. Special mention for Raees and nidhinesh who are very much aligned towards to make your experience beyond words. Its in the middle of nature all around.We had a great stay.|Although restaurant menu needs to be upgraded as very less options there for food. Probably addition of Kerala authentic cuisines.

Sterling Lontano Waterfront Wayanad seems to be a solid choice if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. We loved the spacious rooms, private balconies, and the overall calm vibe of the place. The staffs are friendly and attentive, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. With Raees it was a smooth checkin and he also helped us with other requests during our stay. We had a wonderful dining experience at Sterling Lontano. Special thanks to Abhijith for making the meals enjoyable and to Dipesh for engaging us in the evening entertainment--his efforts truly deserve a big applause. Overall, if you're after a quiet, scenic retreat with good hospitality, it's definitely worth considering!

Disappointing Stay at Sterling Lonarto Resort Our recent stay at Sterling Lonarto Resort fell short of expectations, starting with a frustrating check-in process. The reception staff, particularly Karthik, seemed unfamiliar with OCI cards, which allow foreigners like us to stay in India without a visa. Despite booking through Agado.com and being told only a photo ID was required, Karthik insisted on seeing my visa proof. After showing my British passport, we still faced issues and wasted 45 minutes resolving the matter. Throughout our stay, the staff's slow and laid-back attitude was evident, and their lack of training in providing good service was noticeable. The amenities were subpar, and the food didn't impress. However, Nidhish, the entertainer, was a highlight, bringing energy and enthusiasm to our stay. If only the rest of the staff had matched his level of engagement, our experience might have been different. Given the resort's pricing, we expected a more attentive and accommodating experience. Unless they revamp their service and amenities, potential guests might want to consider other options. The resort is not worth 5*
