The Vibe A Premium Resort

Beware! It's a mediocre resort at high cost. To top it all they scam you on reaching the location. We booked the rooms through Agoda and on reaching the location the guy named razaq said they don't accept Agoda bookings. They insisted on cancelling the booking on Agoda and do direct cash payment. Our booking was non refundable.

I start my feedback with a negative view but read to the end. For the price being charged per room, I wouldn't opt this place for its services. The caretaker is very casual. When we told him the bed linen was dirty and looked like there food and blood stains, he said yes, the linen was washed but the stains will remain. There was no drinking water in the room, no tea bags, milk sachets, tooth brush, tooth paste. When he knew there were 4 of us, we were given only 2 bath towels. The breakfast served was what was made at a neighboring house and oily, salt less. When we gave him the feedback, he says no one ever complained about the food and made it seem that no one is supposed to give a negative feedback as he felt the guests are being given the best service for the charges paid. There was almost 0% hospitality. Maybe it was because I drove into this homestay in my battered Alto. I am sure if one drove in in a SUV or a luxury car his attitude would have changed. However, he wasn't rude but came across as an individual who couldn't be bothered whether the guests were comfortable or not. The location is awesome, the neighborhood is lovely, quaint and many local residents stay in houses without boundary walls... this gives a very positive 'Vibe' to the whole area. I would love to visit this place during monsoons provided their rates are brought down by 60-70% since the service and some basic hygiene is not going to be there based on our recent experience and interaction.

Booked the place in a short notice and without any expectation. I must say it was surprising. You can wake up with the view facing backwaters with calm and undisturbed area around . Of course why wouldn't it be ,it is located in a beautiful island next to a beach. Really had an amazing stay, the place was fresh and clean with spacious rooms.The staff was flexible and helpful. Really recommend when you are in a budget. Has good open area for dining ,it is my kind of place to chill with friends and family.

Unreliable place. Had real bad experience. We booked via MakeMyTrip for 2 nights a month back. When we arrived at Kannur by 12 noon and called the property, they asked us to cancel our booking. We booked for the location and pre-confirmed it. This forced us to then stay at a city hotel near the railway station. If they had issues they should have called us beforehand.

Great resort with poor management. Spacious rooms, beautiful open spaces, rain dance are the main attractions. You have to pay extra 500 rupees to use the barbeque facility. Complimentary breakfast is not that good. They are providing very limited quantity of food as breakfast. Staff's behavior is not at all satisfactory.

Best Place for family and friends. Nice place with clean and Ambience River side view And had a tasty breakfast also

Pretty good property, nice ambience, clean and spacious rooms. Rain dance with music is an added attraction. A bit disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the staff

I was booked resort & confirmed booking , after one week there was no responce from manager and owner, before the function date they infomed by whats app, your confirmed booking is canceled due to some reason,
