KK Legacy..

We send to days at Sunil' homestay. It was a last minute solution, it was one of our best stay in Kerala. Wonderfull welcoming from Sunil, really very clean and confortable room. KK Legacy is very well situated. In the middle of coco trees, at 5 minutes walking from the beach, with all these bird's songs. It was a perfect stay, with athe so delicious cooking of Somnat, Sunil's wife.||A big thanks to them from Jean-Luc et Bruno.

We stayed with Sunil on the recommendation of Rosie at Kannur beach house. We are glad we did. Sunil was so friendly and his wife provided delicious food. The house was next to the beach with easy local walks with good birdwatching. The rooms were suitable for singles, couples groups or families.

Nice home stay tucked away on Adikadalai street near the Krishna temple. Very welcoming and courteous hosts. Pet friendly place - we took our Beagle along with us. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is very tasty and they asked about our preference for breakfast and dinner on all days we stayed. Thottada Beach is just 200 meters from the property. Loved everything about the place- will visit again!

The host of the homestay, Sunil and his family, made our stay a perfect 2 days retreat from a long trip, with amazing home-made Kerala-style food and peaceful tropical surroundings to relax in. I would always go back to stay at Sunil's place after the friendly and personal welcome we received. Very clean and freshly made up bungalow-style double rooms with bathroom, 100 meters from the beach surrounded by a lot of green vegetation and palm trees. Very unique place and beach, far from the busy buzz and not yet destroyed by too much tourism. Sunil so kindly arranged a Theeme visit (traditional dance / ritual session at private house) in the neighbourhood and for our train tickets to be booked by a friend. He also went into town to get medicine after we unfortunately got sun-burnt first day at the beach. Be aware to not go out to the beach before 12pm.

I stayed at KK Legacy for 5 nights. I stayed in a nice room with a great shower. The place is very close to the beach and easy walk to the little village. The best part of my stay was probably Sunnil's (the owner) efforts to look after me and organise whatever he could to help me out. This often included talking to auto drivers out of the area to explain how to get me back to the guesthouse after I had given my phone to them for this reason. The food was great especially the fruit juices. It really is a great pleasure to stay at this beach area and KK Legacy is a great and friendly place to sleep, eat and relax.

We visited this place based on a friend's suggestion and we were not disappointed one bit. The rooms were simple, traditional and well equipped. Bathroom and toilet was spick and span. When we arrived, we had clean towels, neatly made beds, soaps and even mosquito repellent in the room. Lunch was ready and served hot. All meals were traditional and excellent, exactly like home cooked food. And we had Mr. Sunil (owner) right beside urging us to eat more and try everything that was cooked. Next big highlight was the pristine beach, calm and wonderfully clean, just 2 mins walk from our stay. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. Absolute value for money. 5 stars for food, stay, hospitality, cleanliness and for the awesome beach. Will definitely visit again very soon...

Located 5 minutes from a deserted, pristine white beach. Sunhil and his family run this delightful homestay.||Our room was very large and spacious and exceptionally clean. The hot water was, well, very hot.||Our meals were delicious and well worth being in a cookbook.||What I liked was that we were away from other Westerners, so we could immerse ourselves in the local culture.||This is a quiet, simple place. Somewhere to relax and ponder life, without the usual Western drinking scene.||Come and experience the beauty of KK Legacy Homestay.||Sad that our time was so short here.

Our family of five just spent three nights idling at KK Legacy in the care of Sunil and his family. ||This is a relatively new family business and improvements are always being plannned. Sunil was always ready to provide some advice or arrange an activity with no pressure on us to do anything at all. An ayurvedic massage and steam treatment was organised and well worth it. ||||Our favourite activity was simply sitting on the delightful terrace, watching birds, reading books and relaxing as we recovered from an earlier bout of illness from Cochin. ||||On our first night, Sunil helped us get to a hospital where our two daughters stayed overnight. Afterwards our visit got back on track with the help of fabulous home cooked keralan cuisine and swimming in the Arabian sea.||||With three meals each day included in our tariff, this was great value. Thottada beach is a lovely spot and KK Legacy is an ideal place to base yourself to relax and enjoy the area.
