Korome Hills Farms and Resort

Had an amazing stay at this resort! The place was spotless, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The whole vibe was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Whether it was lounging by the pool or just soaking in the atmosphere, everything felt just right. Definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

Super resort i seemed. Best service and clean rooms . I most likes part is rest area is beautiful view and total super resort but visiting places are little long so please plan according to that otherwise resort side is all ok

A beautiful resort in a stunning location--if only the service matched the scenery! I visited in 2022 and 2024, and let me tell you, things have gone downhill faster than a sled in winter. The entertainment or activity area and items present there back then seems to have vanished now. The service was actually decent back then, but now it's like they've replaced the staff and management; they look confused most of the time. One of the staff named Ambadi was very helpful during the stay. The resort is smack dab in the middle of a tea plantation, which you'd think means great tea, right? Wrong. The tea they serve tastes like disappointment steeped in hot water. And if you're a coffee lover, brace yourself: there's no 'cofeye' to be found. There is no inhouse resturant. We have to order food from hotels outside that are 4 km away. The rooms have seen better days, too. We had to ask them to clean the bathrooms twice during our stay, still it was smelly, which really adds to that rustic 'do-it-yourself' experience... not! And add to that one of the bathrooms doesn't have any locks. It's a shame because the facility and location are top-notch. I'd love to come back if they could just get their act together--fix the service, clean the rooms, and serve some decent tea and coffee. Until then, I'd recommend steering clear unless you're in the mood for a camping experience without the tents.

An excellent place with very spacious rooms which are well maintained with surrounding super good green ambience. Friendly staff add to your delight. However, the food could be better.

Very good atmospher and exellent service

Worst resort as ever seen. There is no restaurant , no security , improper door locks , no exhauster in bath room , there was no proper lights in the compound.we have to use your mobile lights. Only one light and fan was working, once power goes.improper power backup, no hand wash , no kettle , no tea bags , no tissue , and improper free breakfast , wifi and cable tv was not working in night and room door was not closing properly, can't sleep with family in night

The place was very beautiful and so comfortable. Management was good. Everyone was so polite and humble. I will definitely visit there again. I'll refer all my friends to visit.

A very good place to get away from the busy life..The view from the hills at night is priceless ..Regarding the pool they give privacy to every groups comeing there..The complementary breakfast is tummy filling..The staff is very very friendly..Very safe place for girls trip loved it
