Hotel Moonlit Regency

As mentioned in previous reviews.... Service is very poor. Please go through the reviews about the restaurant and bar. All the five stars are fake. I have never experienced Such a shitty management and service . Ac bar facility is awkward. You can find very better service near by within 1 kilometre.

Avoid this hotel! Staff unfriendly, rooms in 4th level are very noisy, a deep rumor was heard through the night. It maybe comes from the climate outside the rooms. No response to my wish to change the room.

The service was slow and unprofessional, and the food was terrible. I was very disappointed with the food. Especially Prawn ularthiyathu ( 400) it was too salty and undercooked. They spoiled our evening.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staffs made our stay become more experience. The room is spacious and cleaned well. Friendly accomodating front desk staff's. Best quality food and services. Expect 4star but experienced in five star hospitality and services.

Hands down the best palace to stay in Thoduphuza. Great value for money and amazing staff. From the reception, to the room service, the chef and security make you feel very welcome. Personal fav is working fast Wifi across the hotel!

Worst food i have had in a long time. Food we ordered was not fresh and was frozen. since Moonlit is not a restaurant oriented business And You wont be getting any fresh food. Highly recommend everyone to think twice before going to eat food.

The rooms are clean and good. Not too spacious if you prefer in room dining. There was no assistance when I checked in, ie: no one assisted to guide to the room and facilities . I would say the price was a bit high compared to other hotels I stayed at . The receptionist treated us well though.
