Mekosha Ayurveda Spasuites Retreat

Last year, I had the pleasure of spending a week at Mekosha. From the moment I arrived, the natural beauty overwhelmed me. The air was fresh and the only sound one could hear was rustling leaves, flowing river and the wildlife. Accommodation was rustic yet comfortable. The staff is not only professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. ||The highlight of my stay was the full-day wellness program- consultation with Doctors, therapy sessions, yoga and meditation and carefully crafted healthy gourmet meals. ||It's a perfect place for those who seek tranquility over opulence, it's not about luxury in traditional sense- it's about deeper, more lasting kind of wellness. ||Can't wait to return!!

Mekosha is a beautiful Ayurvedic wellness centre, peacefully located between a small forest and a gentle stream. The setting is perfect for rest and healing. The facilities are excellent and each person receives individual care as they are boutique and small. A unique feature is that oil massages and treatments are done in the privacy of your own room.||||The food is another highlight with pure vegetarian meals, freshly made in Kerala style and served three times a day. There is also a clean swimming pool for those who enjoy a refreshing dip. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained.||||One of the things I enjoyed most was meeting people from different parts of the world, many of them young, who found Mekosha through the internet and chose it after comparison. Everyone I spoke to agreed that Mekosha offers great value for money.||||I am 90 years old, and I had no difficulty at all during my stay. Anyone who can walk can come here and experience peaceful, healing and enjoyable stay.||||Mekosha is truly worth a visit!

Mekosha Ayurvedic Wellness Resort exceeded my expectations! The serene riverside location, lush greenery, and peaceful ambiance created the perfect setting for relaxation. The 11 suites were beautifully designed, and the staff were warm and attentive.||The Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional, and I felt rejuvenated and refreshed during my stay. Mekosha's tranquil atmosphere and expert care made it an ideal retreat for rejuvenation.||Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating Ayurvedic experience.

It was my second visit after almost exactly a year. The rooms, food, services were all great as was being by a riverside But the real story is about their treatments, therapies and embracing the values of Ayurveda in everything they do. The Doctors and therapists are fantastic and I returned rejuvenated, lighter and happier.

Fantastic, once-in-a-lifetime experience! The therapists, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and others are very dedictaed and do their job thoroughly. I highly recommend the Mekosha Ayurveda Retreat to everyone! I stayed for ten days and it was an experience worth it!
