Disappointing Experience at AGS Residency Check-in: 13/04/2025, 4:30 PM Room Issues: - Initial room on 1st floor had a foul-smelling bathroom, which was changed to 2nd floor. - AC not cooling properly. - Despite changing rooms again after red rashes issue, the new room still had: - No hot water. - Presence of insects in the bed. Health Concerns: My 4-year-old child and wife developed red rashes, possibly due to unhygienic conditions. Overall Experience: Disappointing and unsatisfactory. Unhygienic conditions and poor maintenance overshadowed the convenient location. Rating: 1/5

Comfortable, clean and welcome place to lay my head for a few nights. Staff very courteous. Good WiFi. A very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to revisit should I ever be in the area.
