The service is good. Parking is a bit of an issue. We have to park at our own risk. Last month my car's window got broken by their own staff and I had to pay. The central ac in the room is set to 28 which sometimes doesn't work and we would sweat. The locks in the door and bathroom sometimes get jammed. It'll take hours for them to repair it. So be careful. The morning buffet is one good thing about this place.

Went with my friends for a party.We really enjoyed the day.Everybody appreciated the ambience, service and food,especially the biriyani. The buffet menu offered a wide variety of dishes catering to all our different tastes. Hoping to come again soon.

Last week i visited to the windsor rajadhani with my friends. We try their Roof top buffet worth for money and their hospitality was topnotch special mention Mr. Vivek he take care of us very well. We will defanitley come back again

first time i came for try their buffet it was an amazing experience and excellent spread special mention service team. they take care of our children as well . thank you mr. vivek for assisting us

I went there to have dinner. Beautiful hotel great food but the service at the restaurant needs a lot of refining. Placed orders for a few dishes at one time and they served it at different times ruining the session. Imagine appam being served and vegetable korma coming only after seven minutes!! The lady serving was doing it across the table serving over the guests seated. Such a beautiful property being spoiled by poor service!!

Not sure how this hotel gets a 4star rating. After having paid a heft price for Suite, i expect tip top services. However my the experience was terrible. Though hotel check-in time is 12 pm, i was made to wait until 2.15pm to get a temporary room. We also had miserable experience with valet parking service. Its ridiculous that the parking staff parked my car illegally on footpath and i was fined by traffic police for a mistake that was not at all mine. Anyway i managed to get the money refunded by hotel but had to struggle and wait to get it as they kept rolling the parcel. Overall it was pathetic experience. I did a grave mistake choosing this hotel

Good for gatherings & meetings. Food was very good. Service is just ok (won't help in getting welcome drinks & later collecting the cups). Small parking space infront of the building and roadside on back of building. The security will tell you to move your car only after you park with difficulty on side of building and about to get out of car, he won't tell at beginning even if he is there !
