I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta! The ambiance, service, and hospitality exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, especially Vishnu, who was incredibly courteous and attentive. He ensured our room was always clean and comfortable, and his warm attitude truly made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Vishnu and the Vivanta team, for a memorable experience!

The washroom had a strange odor, likely due to an exhaust issue, and the rooms are in need of renovation. While the food was amazing, the stay was ultimately disappointing.

Vivanta is My 1st preference for stay.. Prime location to Access All Familiar places.. Reception & Service Staffs are very Friendly..Need to improve the Buffet Varieties..The taste is Very Good,,but the Dishes Are Very Limited..Compare To the Breakfast & Lunch,,The dinner is Awesome.. Restaurant staffs are fulfill our needs in the best possible way. Really Special Thanks to Pooja & Team,,who Serve The food With Good Hospitality..

Extremely Disappointing Experience at VivantaHotels Trivandrum - A Letdown for the TajHotels and the Tata Legacy I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Vivanta Trivandrum, a property under the esteemed TajHotels , which is known globally for its hospitality. However, my experience here was anything but welcoming. I arrived at the hotel after renting a bike, expecting the same level of respect and convenience offered to guests arriving by car. Shockingly, there was no proper bike parking facility. The staff denied valet parking, directing me to park the bike myself in a staff parking area, not even a designated guest space. I was told there was a lift service -- which turned out to be false. Instead, I had to climb two floors every single time I entered or left the hotel. This complete disregard for guest convenience and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially from a brand carrying the legacy of the Ratan tata and his reputation, who built this empire on the values of excellence and customer care. It's disheartening to see those values so blatantly ignored. For anyone visiting Trivandrum and planning to rent a bike, I strongly recommend choosing alternative hotels like marriott or hyatt, where your comfort and dignity as a guest are respected. Vivanta's negligence and failure to provide basic amenities tarnish the reputation of the Taj brand. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensure future guests are treated with the care and respect that the Taj name stands for.

Very Professional and courteous staff. Specially Mr. Sudheer (Operations) and Mr. Singh (Sous Chef) in the Coffee shop. Both were very helpful . The location is also convenient. Very hygenic and staff is very friendly. I would love to come back and stay again

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Room is spacious for family stay. Location is perfect to go out and visit the places nearby. Food is good.|Staff is very helpful.|Restaurant serves good food. Food choices are plenty outside nearby hotel.|ZOO & famous museum and Art gallery is walkable distance.

The stay was very comfortable and Sreelekhsmi and Fenisha at the reception warmly welcomed us and ensured that we were taken care of and the check in happened super smooth||At the breakfast , Pooja smilingly served us and was so enthusiastic in suggesting places to visit . The food was absolutely amazing , thanks to Chef Mithun .The manager Biju Nair was very helpful and hospitable - we had a wonderful time indeed !!!

The 3N4D stay was fantastic. I adored the property and all the aspects were top notch. The location of the property is at the heart of the city. Liked their decor, hospitality and amenities provided, esp the food, infinity pool, etc. The hygiene and cleanliness aspects are excellent.
