Spring Valley Hotels

* Price of the stay is too high ( i.e 1400 rs per day) ... * Worst customer care and room service * No provision for drinking water * Room was very poorly ventilated... cannot open the windows through the night as it is not safe * No toiletries were provided ( 1 dirty towel ) for two people. * Poor hygiene and cleanliness * No lift * No wifi * No restaurant or hotels nearby

The stay is average, so don't expect the amenities of a typical hotel. It's more akin to a hostel or PG. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, and the 24-hour check-in is a convenient feature I appreciated. The location is slightly interior, but it's very close to KIMS Hospital, with easy access to cabs and autos via Uber. The service is average, and one downside is the use of dark colors in the room and furniture, which I didn't like. Overall, it's a decent option if you need a place to stay with flexible check-in times.

They didn't refund the booking amt after we cancelled not even a portion of it

How could a coustomer reach there , if you authorities place the exact location inside the kims hospital.Inside the kims hospital is what your hotel is?? The other important thing is I had a bad experience with the manager who is in the cash counter.He doesn't have a manners and even didn't know how to treat a customer. He used bad words to me, and harassed me infront of others. Even he attempt to raise his hand to beat me . Is this your culture. Very bad. Atleast try to act like human. Not like donkey. Give respect and take respect. Shame on you old man

Small and clean rooms, good service, located near some private hospital, parking avaiable for 3 to 4 cars, owner is very polite and friendly...ok budget stay

stay was superb. good ambience, calm n peaceful, near to all important tourist destinations, 2 min. to kims health hospital. polite staff, ample parking, swiggy/zomato deliveries, bars n quality hotels nearby. more worth for money you pay.

Not much parking space. The road in front of the stay is damaged. The staff are very polite. Pretty small but clean and satisfying rooms with attached washroom and a small balcony space. Just a walk away from KIMS hospital. Highly recommend for those who visit to stay and attend visa medicals at KIMS...

The rooms is big enough no issue. Uncleaned sheets. Bring your own if u want to not to catch a cold. Fan not cleaned dusty. Ac filter not cleaned. No availability of good food at the hotel or any places nearby. Kims canteen would your best option. Can smell fungal everywhere. So wear a mask if you could. The prices was between 1200 to 1600 per night. If u wish to book call them directly. Dont book through apps. Charges extra. Good for people who are visiting kims
