I had the most horrible experience at this so-called "hotel." If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I definitely would! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was unbelievably small, barely enough space to move around. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable, the washroom was cramped, and to make things worse, there were no towels or soap provided. The shelves were broken, making it impossible to keep anything properly. And despite claiming to offer WiFi, there was absolutely no internet connection. The worst part of the stay was the owner's behavior. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had no basic manners to talk to guests, especially tourists. He even disrespected my parents, which was completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing concerns, he spoke arrogantly and acted as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay. His attitude was beyond unprofessional--it was outright offensive. I regret ever booking this place. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. It's not worth a single penny! There are far better options available--don't ruin your trip by booking this pathetic excuse for a hotel!

Just want to share view reasons for not chose to this stay . 1. No hospitality and even they won't provide water bottles . 2. Staff were playing and irresponsible people. 3. Cleaning and maintenance is not upto the payment we made.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL the following issues regarding accommodation: 1) We have booked Double bed room and the bed was too small like single bed. 2) We are staying in couple and the window glass is also broken and window was not able to close.. that is considered in a privacy problem. 3) They have provided only two towel for five person.. 4) they have mentioned 48 types of different facilities on make my trip application.. and in physical there is not a single facility available. 5)The lizard was also in the room. there is not enough hygiene in the room. 6)I will not going to use make my trip again. bcz we trusted on u and booked via your app so it is your responsibility to give resolution and response in case any problem your customer faced. 7) ''customers is a king'' once u lost customer it will tell others not to use makemytrip app..

Worst hotel i have ever stayed It can't be called hotel actually In name of service they have zero Broken wardrobe, bathroom with no proper facility Dirty

I have booked this hotel for 2 days before 3 months and paid it before for 3 guests but they provided me one bed small unclened room.While asking they said to refund the money.Dont go this hotel. Always money minded and arrogant owner. Then I felt harassed and search for another hotel.Dont ever go this hotel.

Rooms are clean and decent for the price. Location is perfect as its 8 mins walk to the Sri Padmanabha swamy Temple and have a nice restaurant next to the hotel. Stayed for 2 nights

Room was very hot. And quite a lot of mosquitoes , so couldn't sleep at night, the only plus point was it's pretty close to the sree padmanabhaswamy temple, walking distance to all the 4 entries .

If you are visiting padmanabha swami temple i can suggest this room, at 900per night for single room. If it is not a peak season time rooms are available nearer to the temple.
