Nine of us friends since forty years had a one-day outing at the Lagoona Beach Resort today and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured everything was well-organized and hassle-free. The hospitality was top-notch. The team was welcoming, attentive and always ready to assist. The service was prompt and every request was handled with a smile. The food was definitely a highlight! The buffet had a great variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From appetizers to desserts, everything was well-presented and full of flavour. The ambience of the resort was relaxing and perfect for a day of leisure. The cleanliness and maintenance of the dining areas and common spaces were impressive. Overall, it was a well-spent day with excellent food and impeccable service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a short yet memorable getaway!

To begin with great ambience and the location is perfect. When we arrived the property looked really promising but after check in things started disappointing. After checked in I waited for my luggage around half and hour to arrive at the room but at the end I had to go and get them. Later the phone wasn't working in the room I tried to contact room service every time and it was connecting me to the front office and after ordering anything it's taking way more time cause of the technical issue. Service: service was good as I realized in that big hotel the staffing was way less than it should be I don't know the reason so no comments on it. But whosoever was there they were doing their best so they deserve the praise. Special mention to Ajith he is working really hard and making people's stay best with all his limits. Rooms: rooms are not really good the door lock was hard to lock rooms are small.

I stayed at the hotel for a day, and while the property made a great first impression with its impressive exterior, clean, and hygienic rooms, the service fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, my luggage was delayed and arrived in the room after 30 minutes. Later in the evening, I requested bath towels and a bottled water refill at 11 PM, but they were not provided. Additionally, the internal telephone was not working, which made communication difficult. The food quality and service did not match the price, which was disappointing. That said, the hotel premises and location are excellent, with close proximity to beaches, a temple, and the airport. If the service quality improves, it could make for a much better stay.

Awesome and good ambience resorts..The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location. .I am highly recommended this resort

The vibe and ambience of this place is so amazing. Had a delicious dinner just now. The staff as well as the chef prepared a marvellous dishes for us. Really enjoyed the meal Will definitely love to come back here. The Captain Mr. Sanoj and assistant captain Mr. Ajit Ghosh are so nice and warm persons. These kinds of people we may not see everywhere. They are the gems of Lagoona beach resort.

This place is soo bad. I was soo hesitant to go to this place but I read a recent review which said that since the manager has changed,the place is better. But trust me,its very very bad. We had booked the room before 1 week and the room was soo dusty when we got there. The glasses were soo dirty as if the room was closed last when someone stayed and directly opened for us. When we called the reception,no one answered. After going to the reception to complain,I was literally asked by multiple people to complain to the other person. After finally letting them know the issue, it took them another 20mins to come and clean the place. The place is crawling with huge lizards,so keep that in mind. The staff is friendly so thats the only plus point

I booked this hotel with lots of reluctance, the review of service was so bad, I was on the verge of cancelling it as well. But but.. forget about old reviews about services, Mr. Manu Sekhar the new manger it seems make lots of difference and raise the level of services to very high. His personal assistance and helpful nature made our stay and sightseeing smooth. No doubt about Location of the resort which is amazing. Some pics for reference.
