Had a fantastic stay at KKM hotel with my family . The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the General Manager went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their professionalism and hospitality made a real difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Great rooms and food. WiFi speed is average. Extra bed provided was not good and had to be replaced. Nothing much to complain otherwise, great experience overall.

Very poor hospitality. We booked three Suit rooms and stayed for day. One can't expect ultimate hygiene and clean rooms here that a Star Hotel is supposed to provide. When I asked the front office to clean the room and provide a new bed sheet, they didn't do it. I think the head of this hotel, the General Manager, is not a trained member who doesn't know how to deal with a customer in case a complaint has been received. He simply sticks on his inadvertent arguments and never finds a solution to the complaint raised by the customer. We have lost our valuable time due to the faulty bathe tub & drainage issue at the hotel. They tried to rectify it but of no use. I don't know how the hotel is running without an efficient hotel management head. Down the line staff are polite and responsive, but the higher level is not. The GM of this hotel must know one thing that he may be the head of this hotel and his staff but must be a servant to the customer and should know the management theory that "the customer is our boss".

I recently stayed at KKM and, to my surprise, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room, although modest, was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly cozy, and I slept better than I have in some higher-rated hotels. The location was perfect--close to all the main attractions, yet in a quiet area where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's amenities were simple but well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast.

Ever since we first came to the hotel, we were greeted with the warm and friendly faces of the hotel staff. Even the maam at the reservation counter was extremely helpful. Since we were travelling in a group of 7, she helped us to get the rooms according to our needs and budget. They were very prompt in clarifying our doubts and ensuring a comfortable stay for us. The rooms were well-kept, and every part of the hotel felt welcoming. The food was delectable, with the Indian cuisines giving a sense of culture. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at KKM International once again.

Housekeeping Team: The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the rooms and common areas were spotless. Their attention to detail and prompt service made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Culinary Team: The food was nothing short of spectacular. From the delicious variety to the exceptional flavors, it was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their work. Every meal was a delightful experience, and the presentation was impeccable. Overall, the hotel provides an exceptional level of hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Kudos to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

I would be very happy to recommend KKM hotel. I always believe that it's the people that are the most important aspect to any experience and the staff here were incredibly accommodating and hospitable. I felt very well looked after, I greatly appreciate the warmth of the staff. Taking that little bit of extra care goes a long way in terms of making a lasting impression, I especially appreciate Hannah's smile, thank you Hannah. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a kettle, tea, complimentary water and snacks available at an additional charge. There were also toiletries provided. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were sweet. One member of staff, Anachil, took the time to ensure that I was happy and comfortable. I could see he was very invested in providing a good experience for his guests. Thank you

I stayed at KKM International for two nights. A big shout out to Mr Shehnas, who was courteous and professional - which made my overall experience very pleasant. A potential drawback was that there was considerable delay in filling/refilling food items during breakfast. The staff could have been more proactive.
