Room and Service were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with excellent decor. Staffs were friendly and effecient. Breakfast was also good. Stayed for 2 days, could have stayed longer. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed the most as rooms were spacious and staffs were friendly. Biggest highlight is the location of the hotel(Thampanoor). All majour attractions like Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Pazhavangady Ganapathy, Museum, Zoo etc are close by. Would highly recommend for family and friends.|

My wife and I were at Keys Select from 8 to 9 April 2025. Booked over whatsapp. Check in and check out were done in a warm and professional way. A pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. Services excellent. Food services were well managed. |Keys Select has become our choice selection for leisure visits. It is a good point to rest when we travel or transit.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are not that large but I was alone so it didn't really matter. Clean rooms, minimal decor. Location is very good, easy access to all major areas of town. Secretariat and Statue junction are within a few minutes of walking distance. This area has many restaurants and cafeterias around, all within walking distance, Mother's veg plaza is very close if you are into vegetarian food. |They have great staff, very humble and polite, genuinely helping guests to have a memorable stay, right from the security staff at the entrance, at the front desk, housekeeping etc. all of them had a genuine smile while on duty. I'm sure they enjoy working there as much as I enjoyed my stay there. Rooms have AC as well as ceiling fan. Mineral water was replenished everyday. There was tea and coffee making facility inside the room. I didn't have breakfast as I had booked the room on room only basis but I saw they have a restaurant inside. I also saw a gym but I was so busy, couldn't go. Auto rickshaws are available at the entrance, which I used for both my arrival and departure from and to the airport. They also offered me complimentary late checkout until 6pm, but I had to checkout at 3pm. |This hotel is ideal for families. The world famous Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple is only less than 2 kms from this property. I took an auto to go there but you can also walk if you have time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly soft-spoken, polite, and attentive, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering a great level of comfort. The hotel really exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Super clean. The reception was great, even at 23:00. And the checkout very smooth.For the breakfast, they were very kind and accommodated a freshly cooked vegan breakfast for 500 IND. The quality was same as a proper meal. So we were happy

I gain 2 kgs wait as generally during travel i loose. The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.The fragrant smell was too strong.I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flightUnfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book
