We stayed in Treebo Adrak for three days from 4/3/2025. At arrival, the behaviour of the lady staff at reception was not anywhere near pleasant or welcoming. There was no lift and after bit of pleading we got a ground floor room. We tried to forget the issue and went on with what we came to the city for. But what followed made us change the decision and raise a complaint with Treebo and MMT. On the day 3 night, there was lot of noise and commotion in lobby, when a bunch of people were checking in. I went to the reception counter and requested the staff to please ask them to keep it low. Even though I spoke politely, this guy was already irritated by other guests and was taking it out on me. He said it's not his work to ask others to keep quiet. Remember this is at 12.30am night. I asked his name to make a complaint. These premium hotel staff do not have name plates, and are not ready to reveal also. He and the other attender staff also spoke rudely after that. I asked him not to shout at me. He said his voice is like that and he cannot change the tone of his voice for me. All this in the typical rowdy arrogant way. We both felt very unsafe and through the helpline, contacted Mr Kiran over phone who assured that nothing bad will happen and to continue the stay. The following days we received multiple phone calls enquiring about the incident and finally mentioning that the company "will take action". The identity of these staff or what action was taken was never revealed to us. MMT support calls were equivalent to useless. That night only the Treebo online call support helped us. Never coming back! Thanks for the experience.

Amazing Stay with Great Service! Last month, I stayed at Treebo Adrak for two weeks, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the housekeeping, front desk, or restaurant staff, everyone was attentive and courteous. The ambiance of the hotel was welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thanks to the entire team for their hospitality. I highly recommend Treebo Adrak to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

I had higher expectations of Treebo as a brand based on my prior experiences. However, this was slightly a let down. Although my booking said I could check in earlier, the reception staff rudely turned that down. The reception lobby did not even have a restroom. The room was good, but really congested. There was a work table, but NO plug points!! What's the point of a table then?? A kettle was provided, but one has to jump across the bed to reach there. The toilet was basic, but well kept. The reception experience left a lot of bitterness.

Treebo put a message on Booking.com late yesterday to say I had cancelled. This was a lie, Treebo cancelled . Treebo cancelled but didn't want to pay Booking.com so their system inserted a message. Do NOT use Treebo if booking with Booking.com. Treebo have done their best to spoil what has been a fantastic holiday in Kerala. I arrived at the hotel to be told they had no room. I am putting this message in a review as it seems the only time Treebo use humans is to answer poor reviews. I have booked two nights after having Treebo Park cancel my booking. I received a message from Treebo that I had to pay up front (even though Booking.com guarantees payment against my creditcard) using their hassle free portal. This does not work with International credit cards! I used the messaging service on Booking.com only to get an automated response. I phoned the number but that gets you to an automated phone service not to a human in the hotel. For 'quicker response' I used the WhatsApp number - again automated that told me to use the Support WhatsApp number. I used that number and eventually managed to get it to send a request to the hotel. The hotel system then gave me an automated response to use the portal. So if you are a real human can you let me know how I can avoid you cancelling my reservation without an Indian bank or bank card?

I have been visiting Adrak Hotel for the past 6 years, and every time I stay here, it feels like a home away from home. The hospitality is truly exceptional, right from the front desk staff to the service team. Everyone is extremely welcoming, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The consistent warmth and professionalism displayed by the team at Adrak Hotel are what make it stand out. Whether it's a short trip or an extended stay, the experience has always been top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment.

I had a good stay. The breakfast was complimentary but just average. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was clean too, though the fittings were old. The Wi-Fi was slow and needed separate logins for each device, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel doesn't have a lift, which might be a problem if you have heavy luggage or trouble with stairs. It seems the hotel was a premium place about 10 years ago and has been renovated since then. Despite these small issues, it's still a decent place to stay.
