Hycinth Hotels

Stayed in this hotel with my family for a night and it was an amazing experience right from the time of checking in. The Receptionist Aiswarya given free Upgradation to next category freely without additional cost and also placed an extra bed for the 3rd person in my family. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. Never got this kind of experience in any hotel I stayed so far. The rooms are big and spacious. The food at the restaurant was decent enough and the location is very convenient to move around. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

Great stay at Hycinth. Staff (Paurnami, Abhiram) were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast spread was very delicious. Recommended for both family/solo travels. |Location is convenient. Close to railway station and airport is 30 minutes away. Easy to travel around the city with Autos available right at the entrance.

It was great experience to, spend time in this hotel. Right from check in to Check out. The food quality is superb, rooms amenities is adequate, hotel employee are so courteous and helpful. Front desk staff service needs to be addressed. Morning shift staff are too casual and irresponsible. No customer service at all. Housekeeping is too relaxed and refuses to even acknowledge a request for cleaning rooms. The restaurant staff are extremely courteous and food is good. Overall, I wouldn't stay in Hycinth again .

I recently enjoyed an amazing lunch buffet. From flavorful curries and perfectly roasted meats to fresh salads and decadent desserts, everything was delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone craving a top-notch buffet experience!

Great experience. We felt like home . Clean room's, room service at its best even at midnight. We went as a group of 8 . Kid's are give priority at resturent. Excellent customer care.

Dear Hyacinth,You are a great hotel with vast amenities however me belonging from a customer care industry myself felt really disappointed here with the front desk staffs whoever is taking the call "0".They neither acknowledge to the call,they just hang up once we're done speaking with not even a basic "Okay."Especially female staffs are very casual.My colleague and I in these two day stay had a very unpleasant experience with the staffs.But not to be ignorant the housekeeping staff,the laundry delivery staffs and the cab person,the guards were really sweet.They had a very warm hospitality aura.Kuddos to them.However the front desks being a vital part of the hotel,kindly look into the matter and kindly make sure the future guests does not have to go through all of these.
