Hotel Venkateswara

I stayed with my family for one night, and the experience was disappointing. The room facilities were subpar, cleanliness was lacking, and no basic services were provided--no bottled drinking water, dental kits, or other essentials. This is definitely not a 3-star standard, and paying 2500+ tax per room is not worth it, as a room of this quality may not cost even 1000 elsewhere. Do not be misled by the pictures, and the customer service needs significant improvement.

I booked this hotel directly , stayed for 2 days. Photos rcvd from them was totally different from the room. I booked for 3 bed room , unfortunately 3 bed is like 2 bed. No amenities provided, no call service, Towels on call , manager no response, room Dirty with full of dust. Money priority is first for them , i was having dinner and asked for mineral water and told bell boy wait till my dinner over or add in my room, manager called on bell boy cell and told to give money first , he will not wait, i was on half of my dinner. Area good Connectivity good Service zero Room zero No restaurant Hygiene zero Greetings zero I had taken no pic . I was with family and small baby.

Stayed at Hotel Venkateswara during a short trip to Trivandrum. It's a simple, no-frills place but pretty decent for the price. Rooms were clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location is quite convenient--close to the city center and easy to get around. If you're looking for a clean and budget-friendly place, it does the job well.

Room was just ok. TV was there but no remote and adaptor for service to box. They told will arrange but till next day check out time it was not provided. 24 hrs check out was really helpful. Staffs at reception were very friendly and well behaved. Walkable distance from Railway station, bus stand and Auto stands. Easy access to all famous temples, zoo etc. at Trivandrum.

As usual, I stayed my favorite hotel venkateswara last week for 3 days. The hospitality of employees were very appreciated one ,from GM Preveen to Mini chechi, Unni, Vineesh & Ajay....room boys also. My suggestions to Mani sir and Preveen are the locks of doors should be replaced immediately. I could see little improvement in maintenence...nice keep it up....thanks employees .

Booked a few rooms in this hotel from 10am to 10pm for a wedding function. The rooms were unclean and facilities maintained at bare minimum(The bathroom doors held together by wooden sticks). We checked out of the rooms, received the bill and as we boarded the bus and were about to leave, the called us back saying one of the tv was damaged and that we had to pay for it. Mind you we were there for a wedding function and barely even had time to sit in the room let alone turn on the tv. They are pinning previously damaged facilities on unsuspecting customers. They initially threatened to call the police when we refused to pay but when we pressured them to do they backed out. Ive looked through the reviews and have seen that other people have faced similar issues where they were forced to pay for similar damaged facilities. Would not recommend this place and if you do continue booking please make sure you ask them to report on broken facilities and that you double check them.

As a solo female traveler, I had a safe and pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. The front reception is always welcoming and friendly, which adds to the sense of security. A special mention to Mr. Ajay at the reception, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to other solo female travelers and families for a comfortable and secure experience.

Rooms are good and ok, great stay. The location is great which is very close to railway and central bus stand. Very near to famous temples like padmanabha swami temple. The Front office staffs are very responsive to calls and enquiries. Mr. Ajay in the front office guided me about the local places and tourist attractions. Mini is also very responsive to complaints and enquiries. Overall, i will come back and had a great stay
