Hotel SPS Kingsway

This is the first time I have booked this hotel for a mehndi ceremony. What I want to mention is their cooperation and friendly behavior. They explained things without any delay and the details of the arrangements for the function were explained exactly. And on the day of the function, their arrangements were also very good. Be it the room or the atmosphere, both the guests and us were equally satisfied. And when it comes to the food, everything was excellent, and the chef who prepared it must also be mentioned. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff who cooperated perfectly with this function without any shortcomings. My family and I returned from the event very happily. Thanks for the memorable moments to team Kingsway.

We had gone there in a group through some travel agent. We all had a very horrible experience.....management there is casual and totally non professional is only what I can say.......neither AC nor intercom were in a working condition ....electric kettle provided was non functional and unclean....as if it had never been washed for several months.....some of the hotel staff members were rude and nonresponsive.... I would suggest to better go in for some good hotel especially when U are with your family and friends. Our repeated efforts to talk to the owner were fruitless since he was not accessible.....We had to spend night without sleep ....What's the use of staying in such a pathetic condition when you are in a holiday mood

I had a most pleasant stay here. The food was delicious. The receptionist Mr Nivil was the most pleasant and helpful person. He checked me in late night and helped me with my requests. The room was ideal and reached all my expectations.

Lousy food service. 14 of us booked 4 rooms and went on to order food from their restaurant. They took our orders and told us waiting time was 30 minutes and we were fine with it. An hour went by and still no food and not even the tea that we ordered arrived. About 1.5 hours later when we wanted to cancel the order, they brought in the tea. But still no food arrived. When the food finally arrived about close to 2 hours later, they was no seasoning. We proceeded to cancel whatever did not arrive and asked for the bill for whatever food was present. But the manager was unwilling to let us cancel and was trying to make us wait. We managed to argue our way to give us the bill and paid 3000 INR for a 2786 INR bill. The manager just took the cash and never bothered to apologize at all. Will definitely not visit this hotel again. Their service is very poor despite the high rates

The hotel is around 1.5 km from international airport and around 3 km from domestic airport. The rooms are spacious and excellent. The staff is very helpful. The only problem was their dining was slow, probably they were running low on kitchen staff

Very nice room first of all. Feels like home to me. Tv channels not properly working.. But its fine. Receptionist very calm and giving good service.. Thts all... Overall the rooms interior is very nice. 2 lockers, bathroom section is very nice..

We a group of 14paxs stayed at this hotel yesterday (19/1) and to be honest, we all had a very bad experience. 1. Aircon does not work properly and leaking 2. Room was not clean 3. Unhygienic toilet 4. Bed sheet had stains 5. Mini fridge had stains all over with foul smell 6. Room and housekeeping service was very slow 7. Called Room service and housekeeping several times to place order n seek for service but there was no response 8. Restaurant service was the worst of all....we all ordered food and was told it will be served in 15 minutes but we waited 1 hour 20 mins for plain rice/ 2 dish to be served and the food taste was horrible 9. Staffs don't have customer service 10. None of the staff made any attempt to do service recovery for any of the feedback stated above We paid $30,000 rupees for 4 rooms and these were the kind of service we all experienced. I have travelled to many countries in the past and even stayed in common sharing lodge and the service/hygiene was above expectation. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any locals and tourists....strongly for sure they don't deserve any star for their far below average service P. Chandran Singapore
