Hotel Silver Sand

A good hotel, very close to the railway station. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The restaurant is decent. However as it is very close to the train station, you can hear the sound of the train's arrival and departure at night. So if you are a person who has problems sleeping, avoid this place.

The worst place u have ever stayed... the staffs are rude ..I booked for AC room but when o reached they said there were no AC ROOM . room service was denied for god knows what reasons , pathetic bathroom .. they say toiletries are free and give u a 5 rs soap ... the room was with breakfast and already paid for but the restaurant denied delivery of food in the Room .. they denied my request for an A/C room and just said there are no AC room at all ... unfortunately there I was too tired to move and stayed here and made me regret my decision after few hours I vacated and checked in to another hote near by. Very bad experience.

Check in and check out is easy.. Staff very helpful.. Located adjacent to Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station but no direct access to railway station.. Less than one km distance through road.. Room was spacious enough.. Neat and clean also.. Sounds from railway station is a big issue as it is very close to railway station..

One of the worst hotel. Very sub standard. Stay at your own risk. No internet and rooms are pretty old. Don't be fooled by the photos. Poorly maintained hotel. Restaurant is below standard.

Very irresponsible service. I had called in advance and made a booking over the phone, and they confirmed room availability. But when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available. Strangely,. Highly unprofessional and misleading behavior. Not recommended at all

These are mere frauds. I prebooked a room well in advance (2 weeks). I reached there at 11 pm and they said our hotel is at opposite location. I assumed they have two branches. I got surprised when they took me into a remote street at almost midnight to a Lodge (low quality) named "Treebo Trip Majestic Inn". It was a smelly, pathetic conditioned room. I was traveling with my wife and I wanted everything to be perfect. I felt completely unsafe there. It was not at all worth for Rs 2100, for which I had made an advanced payment. Moreover, the checkout time mentioned in my booking was 12 PM but the people at Majestic Inn forced me to checkout at 11 am, ruining my itinerary. I have requested Cleartrip to unlist this property.

Service is very poor. I stayed for 12 days but my room was neither cleaned nor bed sheets changed. On complaining, they are not ready to accept their mistakes. They don't have any accountability. In my view people can search for a better option than this in the nearby area. Room is full of bedbugs which hotel administration is not accepting that's why I am sharing it's photos.
