Hotel Residency Tower

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Residency Tower for two days. From the warm welcome to the impeccable hospitality, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, making every meal enjoyable. Additionally, we required a cab twice during our stay, and the hotel arranged it seamlessly with just a quick phone call to the reception. Everything functioned perfectly, and there was hot water available at all times of the day. Couple friendly. Check in and check out times are very convenient. The comfort and attention to detail made our stay outstanding, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

The location was perfect--conveniently close .Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. Front Desk executives are really good with swift check in and check out. Apart from restaurant service, everything else is fine and a good option for every traveler. Rooms: Spacious enough for two. Had all modern amenities. Very clean bathroom. Very effective air con. Cupboard for hanging soiled clothes or other articles could be improved though. Comfortable bed. Breakfast Buffet: Proper south Indian spread is delicious. But the continental spread is of poor quality and taste. Breakfast start time is 7:30 AM but only few menu items were served. Service: Service and housekeeping throughout our stay was good. Although, service at their in-house restaurants is slow.

Good stay at The Residency Tower, Trivandrum. Room is excellent and the staff service is very good. The bathroom accessories are poor and need to be improved. The shower gel kept is not good and must be put up for change. The soap quality also needs to be improved. Food was tasty and very good. Another major issue was the intermittent power cuts (no consistent power supply) which had disturbed my sleep.

Simple old style hotel. Food was okay. Conference room was decent for its size and shape. We had a full house. Interiors were classy for its time of construction. Front hall had a good vibe

We recently hosted an event and team lunch from UST, and the experience was truly exceptional. The service provided by Sandosh was outstanding--his coordination and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. The lunch was fantastic, with a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes that delighted everyone. The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent service! Looking forward to our next visit.

This is near to the airport so convenient for travellers. The rooms are neat and spacious. The service by staff is good. Their morning breakfast has lot of good options and is delicious. Even for dinner, one can definitely try the restaurant at the hotel itself.
