Hotel Rajadhani

Worst experience i ever had. I will not recommend this to any one. The only benefit was that the hotel location is near to the temple. Worst service and if we compliant ( i compliant as my AC was not working) about anything the staff get angry. We can also hear the people talk and their sounds from adjuscent rooms. I felt very bad about this Very poor sound proof and with no privacy. I saw many putting 5 star . I think the hotel people itself is putting 5 star. Don't fall for that. Unfortunately I did.

We stayed there for one night only. It is in a great location if you want to visit the temple. There is some crunch with parking space but thankfully we went on a weekday which made it easier to get a parking space. The rooms are well made with all standard amenities and maintenance is good. They possibly are a bit short staffed so the service is not very prompt. But other than that it is a good option for a short stay of a day or two.

Very great location, right next to the temple. Service is miserable. Asked for 5 items (had come with my family) and the waiter asked us if we were fine with him taking 20-25 mins for the food to arrive. We waited for 2 hrs. We ended up paying for only 1 lemon juice and left abruptly. Location - 8/10 Environment - 6/10 Service - 0/10 Food - idek cuz they didnt give any food.

If there is star which 0 or -1 i would rather give that. came here for lunch in the rajadhani restaurant... The worst ever service i would have experienced. Almost 1hr We waited and had a meals to which what ever we ask twice they blindly reject saying we don't have it. For a water bottle they took around 20mins to service. I strongly recommend not to go in for any sort of bf lunch or dinner....

We traveled from Hyderabad to Trivandrum to visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple. The night before, I, along with six others, visited Hotel Rajadhani Bar for food and drinks. They charged double the price for each item compared to what was listed on the menu. For example, if pepper chicken was priced at 300 on the menu, they billed it as 600. At the last whim we asked for the food menu to compare the prices on the bill with those on the menu, they refused to provide it. It seems like they wontedly refused it. I called the police, and two officers arrived at the bar. However, after explaining the situation to them and mentioning that we are non-locals, the police started supporting the bar instead. It was a very disappointing experience for us. The local police did not help us, and we felt disrespected because we are not from Kerala.

The worst place I have ever seen. The bathroom doors are not proper. They claim to be a 2-3 star hotel, but it's not even worth 1 star. They charge four times the cost for broken items, even if we are willing to pay the actual price of the goods.
