Hotel Pallava Rajadhani

Our recent stay at Pallava Rajadhani was made exceptionally pleasant by the outstanding service provided by the front office staff, particularly the front office manager,Aashique Azad.. From the moment we arrived, Aashique Azad greeted us with a warm smile and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. They were incredibly helpful in answering our questions about the hotel and the surrounding area, and even went above and beyond to make recommendations for local attractions. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend Pallava Rajadhani and would especially like to commend Mr. Aashique for their exceptional service."

This hotel is located 6 km from airport and about 2 km from Padmanabha swamy temple. The hotel has a great look and ambience. It feels royal. The staff is cordial and ready to serve. The food is good but it takes time once you order. The only problem is that they are not good in communication - in Hindi or English. But that can be handled

Our stay here was very good. I recommend the place, it's clean. Though they play music though but it doesn't go on for too long which is good. The staff, they are not unkind but helpful if you need it and friendly. Me and my mom stayed here for more than five days I think, they allowed us to say as long as we paid and we did, and they understood that my mom was a bit ill which was the reason we needed to stay longer. Though for room cleaning, I think they should change the bedsheets and pillow covers and blankets when people stay for more than four days at least. Overall I think our experience was great. The food served was not bad but we had to get what was available at the time.

For me, It was a pathetic experience altogether. Small rooms with linen and bed foul smell. Food was pathetic. They added smelling fish pieces in chicken dish and when I questioned they were sorry and told like it was a mistake from new chef. We did not had the food and left restaurant. But for 90% left over food due to their mistake they shamelessly charged me. Breakfast also was not good. Room service can not be more worse. I have requested for 2 bottles of water at 9 pm and till 11 pm I didn't receive it in room and I tried calling reception no one attended. When I went downstairs to look, receptionist was engaged on his personal phone without attending reception calls. And he also gave a shameless smile and said sorry. But I am sure there was no value for their words because even that time also the water was not provided on time. If you value your hard earned money, do not ever visit this hotel for stay or even for having food.

We stayed for only one night checked in Midnight and checked out the next day. Though it was a short stay but was a wonderful stay. Staff, breakfast, location, service, the ever smiling faces and eagerness to help, clean sheets and bathrooms it was overall very very nice. Would love to come and stay back again. Thank you! Kerala is truly gods own country. People are wonderful!

Has stayed there because my usual hotel was fully booked due to coming attukal Temple festival and pongala ritual. For the same price I got a smaller room and poor service for a bar hotel. But the food was excellent which was quite a consolation. The reception however did their best to support me in getting extra chairs for the guests etc. They have their limitations as they are primarily a bar hotel usually with less guests staying there. Hence complimentary breakfast sucked but they did whatever they could. I won't mind staying there again if situation demands so.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and found it conveniently located near the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.||However, I was disappointed that the breakfast was not a buffet, but rather a limited selection added to the room rate. This trend of offering non-buffet breakfasts with limited options seems to be becoming more common. Instead of a variety of dishes and a self-service experience, guests are presented with a fixed menu that lacks diversity. It feels like an effort to cut costs while still advertising breakfast as an included perk. As a customer, I would expect a full breakfast spread, not a limited selection that barely justifies the added cost.

Just had a breakfast. Ordered for dosa for family . Have received 2 sets after half an hour, but no curry. Had to request for the staff after 2-3 minutes to have them realise it. After eons of waiting received the other two sets of them one order was wrong . We had a nice cold dinner/ The staff should have the minimum courtesy to tell if the dishes are going to be delayed. I don't blame the staff but the management .It is regrettable for Hotels of this renown for having such a deplorable service
