The room balcony has a good view.. the room is spacious and good but the bedsheets and pillow cover looked dirty.. Curtains and windows were filled with dust. AC took almost 2 hours for the cooling.. its not worth the pay.. Look into it and maintain properly.

I would rate it 0/5 for this place. Horrible maintenance & very rude behaviour from the reception desk people. They lack all basic amenities like a kettle, refrigerator, cups and spoons, toiletries but claim themselves to be a service apartment. The room was stinking, the bedsheets & bedspreads were so untidy. We couldn't even stay there for a few hours. The wardrobes were broken & useless. The AC was poorly maintained & the water was constantly leaking on the floor. A big no for this place if you are planning with your family/friends. Disclaimer: Please don't trust their agoda photos.

We stayed here for a few hours. I must say this is one of the worst stays I've ever been at. Images on Agoda are so misleading. Maintenance is very poor. Bedsheets and pillow cover were so dirty, I was so hesitant to even sit on it. The air conditioner was so old, there was no cooling, and water was dripping from it on the bedroom tiles. Curtains were also so dirty. Absolutely not infant friendly. No basic facilities such as kettle or glasses. Reception staff were very rude, they didnt have any intention to help a family with an infant. All this for 2400rs- Absolutely not worth a single penny. Please please do not book your stay here, it's an utter waste of money.

Horrible experience in the hotel ..rooms where not at all clean...the only thing which I feel good was the location..but navigation doesn't work...staff behaviour was not also good... overall don't go there if you are a couple looking for some good time

This place used to be good years ago, but now seeing its high rating on websites such as OYO etc we booked it in trivandrum. never trust the images you see. Not at all well maintained, broken furniture in rooms, unclean towels, leaking bathroom, toilet seats were dirty and the bed linen was not appealing either, the pillows were old and dirty. The TV was not working, the wifi was the slowest ever and most of the plug points in the rooms were damaged. The toilets have got a bad smell because of the sewage. There was no water supply in the kitchen and the lifts were not clean. The staff were okay but they could do nothing about this. Overall the worst stay we got in trivandrum, we just used it to keep luggage and we checked out as early as possible the next day

Still not response in night time. This hotel is behind in rental appartments. And the parking is very difficult. Drivers rooms n drivers restroom nothing. Guest go to the room and comfortable bt 12hrs. 6hrs. 23hrs. Driving in driver he is sleeping in car only

I gave one star because there is no option for zero or negative starts. This hotel is a scam. Please don't go here or at least never book online. I had a flight arriving midnight so i decided to stay here ( without knowing its a scam ). I booked 2 rooms for 3 Adults through booking.com which is a trusted platform. After booking the hotel management send a link to do a partial payment ( which is half of total amount) to block the room and confirm the reservation. After 17hrs of flight, when i went there to check-in the disgusting hotel management said all the rooms were booked by offline customers. This is such a disgusting and unacceptable behaviour from the hotel management. If there is an online booking with advance payment, it is your responsibility to keep the room for the person. After all, when I asked them to refund the amount I paid, they asked me to call the booking platform to get refund. I was so tired and I didn't even had energy to get angry to them. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
