A budget friendly AC room that's very neat and well-maintained. The location is a big plus it's close to both the railway station and bus stand, making it convenient to reach all places in Thiruvananthapuram. Great option for a comfortable and hassle free stay.

Perfect location walking distance to Tiru central railway station. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Just one thing no food is available there and no room service this can be improved.

The front desk person called me a day before stay saying that - "There is heavy flood here due to rain. The ground floor is submerged. Please cancel your booking." I had booked for a week. I could not find a new accommodation last minute. So, I went to the hotel anyways to check out the flood situation. There was no flood and they just wanted to squeeze me out of the reservation, which I had booked long time ago for a lower price. After negotiating for a while, I was given a room with no breakfast and no AC. I ended up paying the price of AC room (3000rs per night) for non-AC. The business is shady and won't respect your reservation. Read the reviews on Google maps before booking here.

Went to their Bar after a gap of nearly 10 years during International Film Fest Kerala. Those days the watering hole was brimming with like minded filmy buffs. But during Dec.24 film fest. Sorry to state, other than myself no like minded persons were there. Upon discreet inquiries I realized that the hotel management had changed and perhaps their attitude and service does not match the expectations of its patrons. Even I felt the same.

very poor experience. Room is very old and everything was broken, lamp was broken, walls paint was off, damp smell was coming all over the room and the service people were rude and not comforting. highly NOT recommended. Only photos given are good but it's very bad. Also when we asked for dinner plates then they lied that dinner is closed but the AC room people were given plates by them. if they have this behaviour then they should close non AC rooms.

The receptionist is absolutely useless. Inspite of clear cut inquiry, he managed to provide wrong information. Upon arrival, he refused to give us room as per the enquiry. He was simply sitting and watching reels okay phone. Has no desire to work.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were compact, clean, and offering everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. The hotel's location was a bit difficult to find in the narrow entrance road. But it is very near to Padmanabha Swamy Temple. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here in this hotel few days back. Hotel is near the main road and convenient to travel around the city. Rooms were relatively clean and tidy. TV was working fine. While we booked the room, management confirmed over phone that veg. Resturant is available.. but when we reached the hotel it was converted to Bar. The alcoholic smell will welcome you as you enter. Bathroom was clean, but no hot water. It was lukewarm and when i checked with the reception the person rudely mentions no hotels will have very hot water... All hotels will provide lukewarm water for bathing. Later they got hot water in a bucket and we have to adjust with one bucket of water only. Not worth for the money they take.
