Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and transport hubs. Food was decent with a fair variety of options. Overall, a great experience with good value for money. Would definitely recommend for a short or business stay.

Pleasent stay at Dimora trivandrum.|It was a good experience and their hospitality is excellent. Especially from the restaurant. They are serving good breakfast. The staffs are keeping good smile. It shows our day very good starting. Room are also well maintained.we will come for the next vacation. I took a sudden, unplanned trip to Trivandrum as a way to break away from my usual routine and refresh myself. Choosing to stay at this property turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was extremely humble, genuinely customer-oriented, and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly stood out -- a solid 5/5. The food was another highlight of the experience. Every meal I had was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to my stay. I'd confidently give the food a 5/5 as well. Overall, this spontaneous getaway turned into a deeply satisfying and memorable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service and quality offered at this property. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, care, and a truly pleasant stay.

If there was ten star and more I have would have rated the top one for service. The service is just amazing. All staff including your HK. Spa. Resturant entire people all are so humble and polite they will take your support you for your needs and take all requirements, if you need special needs on food can be taken care.. special thanks to Sree the helpdesk supported before doing the Bookings till we checkout and Remya at the reception was very good and support. Wish i could stay longer. Hope to visit again.. People who gets confused where to stay. This place is so good and i am sure you all will enjoy the stay .

Hotel Dimora was a beautiful hotel which is strategically located in Trivandrum. It is central and easily accessible. It is modern yet traditional in its aesthetics. The rooms are well designed with comfort in mind. The room service and cleanliness are commendable. I had several requests and they were attended to immediately, namely laundry and requests for extra hangers. The service crew deserve special mention, Arshah and Fahtimah were exceptional!!! They attended to my group from 23rd to 29th March 2025 for daily meals at the Hive Cafe. The breakfast at the hotel is beyond par. Such fresh food and multi-cuisine options, one is spoilt for choice. The attention to our needs from beverage refills, follow up with orders, serving of food were gems we did not expect. It would be impossible to train Arshah and Fahtimah to be so attentive, I believe it is the culture of service imbibed by the staff of Dimora. I highly recommend these two women to be recognised for their hospitality by their management. It is exceptional. They made me feel welcome, safe and cared for. Thanks, Arshah and Fahtimah. You are assests to your organisation. Note: The gym needs better equipment and maintenance. Food prices are higher than other eateries, but the quality is great.
