Just returned from Thiruvananthapuram and was very happy with my stay. Being a Corporate Trainer, I travel incessantly and understand good hospitality.||I recommend this property, both for a holiday and business purpose. Loved the swimming pool. The authentic Kerala food is delectable. Staff is extremely courteous. ||I trained senior leaders of an organisation in the banquet facility. The hospitality staff especially Kanhu and his colleagues were very helpful to provide me with a timely supply of my special diet. ||The hotel is pleasantly located in a quiet neighborhood.

I recently had the chance to dine at the Hilton's signature restaurant during my stay in Thiruvananthapuram, and wow -- what an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, everything felt just right. The atmosphere was classy but super cozy, with soft lighting and beautiful decor that made us feel instantly relaxed. The service was excellent -- the staff was friendly, attentive, and really knew their menu well. Our server guided us through the options and gave some great suggestions. I went with the vegetarian dishes, especially the Veg Galouti Kebab, and they were absolutely delicious -- full of flavor and beautifully presented. Each bite was so good, it practically melted in my mouth. And dessert was a treat! The buffet had an amazing variety of sweets, all with just the right touch of sweetness. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the way the food was plated to the portion sizes. Whether you're staying at the Hilton or just visiting for a nice meal, this place is definitely worth checking out. A perfect example of Hilton's great hospitality and amazing food!

Amazing, amazing stay! Had the best food ever. The staffs were really sweet and the hospitality was great! Mr. Veera Muthu and Mr. Kanhu Charan Sabut took great care in the food and beverage section sundae ice cream which was recommended by kanhu sir and Veera sir's special rose milk was scrumptious still can't forget the taste of two items xD, Miss Simi Jose had an amazing smile. She was quite bubbly I liked her a lot and last but not the least Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee and Mr. MD Hunaif were the sweetest person I have ever met !! they took great care of me, quite humble and very well disciplined. As a female travelling Solo for the first time they made we feel so safe and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks Team thank you so much! Would love to visit again!

I stayed there for three days along with my wife. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was polite and cooperative. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was tasty and the kitchen staff eager to prepare dishes as per guests' requirement. There was variety of options for breakfast, catering to diverse preferences and requirement.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Infact Mr.Pramod went out of his way to arrange things for us from shopping to Darshan. The food is outstanding! Everything was very delicious. I would like to thank Mr. Mittu, Veera, Anagha and Simeon for taking good care of us.

The breakfast spread was decent, with a mix of Indian and continental options, though the variety didn't change much over the days. Meeting facilities were available, but coordination for setting up could have been more responsive. Overall, Hilton Garden Inn is a reliable option for business travelers, but there's room for improvement in service speed and ambiance.

Lovely service. Bahadur was extremely helpful and accommodating of our needs. Food was really tasty and of high quality. All my friends were so impressed. Would highly recommend. This is the fourth time Im coming here and the service has always been impeccable
