Forte Manor Hotel

We had our business meeting at the property. Conference hall facilities are very good. Food quality and arrangements of buffet was also very good. Service of staff was also veey good. They were very courteous in their dealings / responses.

I recently visited Fort House (FM) in Trivandrum, a place that holds nostalgic value for me since my college days. The rooftop still offers a stunning view of the Sree Padmanabha Temple, which was a highlight of my visit. Although the parking space is limited, the security team managed it well. The food was okay, but I would advise against ordering salads and sizzlers as they didn't quite hit the mark. The service was slow, and it took some effort to get water and other requests attended to. The staff seemed to be trainees, which affected the overall quality of service. The air conditioning in the restaurant was also not up to the mark. Despite these issues, the ambiance and the opportunity to relive some fond memories made the visit worthwhile. I hope they open a bar and rooftop restaurant soon, which would elevate the experience. Overall, a good revisit, and I wish Team FM continued success.

We hosted our daughters bday party at forte manor.. I must say the staff and service were too good. All our guests appreciated the food served.. Their buffet dinner is worth the money. The staff was really courteous. Their location at the heart of the city is an added advantage..Keep up the good standards

I just had the best time celebrating my daughter's birthday! We went to Hotel Forte Manor in East Fort. The party was on the rooftop, which had an amazing view of the Trivandrum city and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly especially the coordinator Mr. Anandhu was very helpful. The food was delicious . The atmosphere was perfect for a celebration , and we all had such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a great ambience in Trivandrum city.

Forte Manor is an awesome hotel ! starting from the check in process, it was really smooth and fast and we got a room upgrade as well ! The service and the hospitality was excellent, and all the staff were polite ! The dining and the food especially the lunch buffet was delicious and lastly, thankyou for the late check out time as well ! And the vicinity to close by landmarks is well appreciated to ! Be it the padmanabhaswamy temple or the railway station or the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel !

It is also quite close to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple--walkable, but it's safer to go by vehicle due to the busy roads. The premises maintain a high standard of hygiene, and the room design is both functional and comfortable. The restaurant, located on the second floor, offers a variety of meals, and room service is available for added convenience. The quality of food is commendable. The environment is peaceful, and the hotel has good security personnel. There is a fitness centre on the 3rd floor with some useful gym equipments. Additionally, helpful bellboys and staff members are readily available to assist with luggage handling and navigation within the property. Overall, the hotel offers a well-rounded experience with attention to comfort, security, food and convenience. It is a recommended option if you are planning to stay and the tariff fits within your budget. Improvements needed (for hotel management) -If upgrading rooms for any reason, ensure that guests' preferences are not overlooked. -The current menu does not label dishes as vegetarian or non-vegetarian, which should be a standard, especially since many guests visit for the Padmanabhaswamy Temple. -Similarly, the buffet section should be organized in a way that allows senior individuals to easily identify the types of dishes available whether it is vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

We had good stay at hotel for 2 days, kids scatting competition .Hotel room was clean, staff were good, polite and helpful. Special hearty welcome from Security staff and front office.... Kids loved spacious rooms. Its walkable distance from 5th platform of TVM railway station. Highly recommend for family

Visited this hotel as it was the venue of my IELTS speaking test. First impression- better than my expectations! The security and front desk staff were polite and welcoming. Hotel lobby has a nice ambience to it. The rooms are well kept with lovely lighting and a good view of the city. Looking forward to dining/ staying here in the future :)
