Rooms are good and they are upto the The accommodations provided were exceptional and lived up to their esteemed reputation. Staff members demonstrated commendable service, ensuring a pleasant experience. Every aspect of the visit contributed to a truly superior stay. From the well-appointed rooms to the attentive service, guests can expect a top-tier experience.

Talking About the room they were extremely small and the exhaust fan in the washroom was not even working, as a result of which there was poor ventilation.When I told the people there, they just told that it was not a problem and left. The room had very hi-fi technicalities, but lacked even the most basic things like a proper soundproofing system(sounds from other rooms could be heard). During breakfast, they charged Rs. 35 for a mineral water bottle worth Rs. 20. This is unacceptable, after already charging a huge amount for a night's stay. Not recommended.

The ambience and neatness of the hotel is commendable. Though renovation works are going on, they have ensured that it cause least inconvenience to the customers. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at the Flamingo Hotel for 3 nights recently, and unfortunately, my experience didn't meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The room had little to no soundproofing. Conversations, TV noise from adjacent rooms, and the loud banging of doors during room service deliveries echoed through the halls, which was quite disruptive, especially in the evenings. From a service perspective, there were several shortcomings. I booked an executive double room, but the amenities provided seemed intended for just one person--only one coffee cup, one glass, a single toothbrush, and barely any toilet paper left in the roll. Additionally, the hotel advertises an ironing board as available upon request, but when I asked, I was told they don't have one. Despite activating the room service request button, there was no response, and tea bags, mineral water, and toiletries were not replenished during my stay. For the price and rating, I expected better attention to detail and service standards.

Pros - proximity to highway, lulu mall and few beaches. Clean rooms and sheets. Decent staff. Cons - Parking not very convenient. Doesn't feel like a 4star hotel tbh. The geizer was not working. Upon asking once again, they informed that there was an issue and it'll be fixed next morning. Shampoo and shower gel seems to have the same liquid. Loud dj at the top floor.

We had one of our company team outings here. They provided us with a hall, a room, speaker system and food (dinner). The food was especially mind blowing! We had an impromptu DJ as well. Overall it was a nice experience and we had a good time. This was in 2022 and the hotel was quite new back then. (They should control their support staff from interfering in the business of the guests though).

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The road access was a little tricky. The room just slightly cramped. Overall, a great stay. Great service in the dining room, as well.
