View Heights Resort

"Nice stay for group travel " Location was Superb, just 20 minutes walk from the beach. Swimming pool was clean. They gave us 4 rooms adjacent to each other. What is most important during group travel of 14 people?, we expect good breakfast in the morning before we leave for long travel. We were offered both Idli and Toast (unlimited) with a tasty Sambar n Chatni. Early morning tea. The staff were excellent and helpful. Manager was always available to support. The rooms were clean. Ample place for parking. Would be looking forward to visit this property next time.

Review of View Heights Resort My stay at View Heights Resort was unfortunately not a pleasant one. The biggest issue I encountered was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel was not up to par. The rooms were basic and could use some updates, and the amenities were limited. While the location was convenient, I would not recommend this resort to others based on my experience.

On our Kerala trip we stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are spacious, well furnished. Ambience is also very quiet, serene, there's also a pool.

Good experience staying there. Best place to enjoy at the pool

I have no choice Below 5 Star ranking Worst Hotel ever in my life No No No Very Big No in future The Owner and manager is complete douche bag doesn't respond and replies like he is not at all responsible for the hotel . Dont stat here Please never ever book this hotel for any visit of yours. They really spoiled our vacation. Rooms not good bedsheet torns , and bed smell Dirty place no responsable person to clean They have only 2 staff ( one is manager & one is chef) Chef is very rude Food Taste is worst ever Not served fresh food No any person for carry luggage at the time of check in and checkout The major problem is water everytime we asked no water no water no water in the room If you want to stay this please cry your Own water for freshnup and others I am a travel agent and I travel with my group after that I am facing this types of problems and when I called to Hotel Owner he is not picking up my call and staff not answering me Really very bad experience No no no I don't reffer and offer this hotel to my guest in future Beware this type of hotel owners and hoteliers

Rooms are nice and spacious, but the hotel is not nearer to beach. You have to climb up to reach the hotel from beach. Also there is no security in entrance gate and it remains open always. We felt unsecured in night as there were almost no guest in hotel. May not be perfect for family accommodation. But for bachelors, it is somewhat okay and cost effective...

Clean and comfortable hotel few 100 meters away from the beach. 13 rooms, pool, compact dining roof and friendly local staff team lead by Saji. 3 to 4 cars parking, nearby shops, less than a km to lighthouse beach. Value for money.

Hotel is overall 3.5 star as the rooms are spacious, service is also pretty much good however it is not accessible to the sea beach . You have to walk at least 700-800 metres to reach the beach. Limited parking space available, have to adjust little bit if you are travelling with a SUV.
