It was really good... It's a luxury hotel but I don't think they are maintaing it well enough... The shower gel in the bathroom has some kind of bad smell and bathroom floor was little bit dirty.. not cleaned enough. But other than that it was totally a good experience

Room and location served my need for a 2 night stay. Room was spacious. Lack of a basic item - a kettle to make a cup of tea. What is the use of placing cups without a kettle ? When I checked with the receptionist I was told that the 5th floor rooms do not have a kettle. What kind of customer service is this ? You will do good to provide this basic necessity.

I had a worst experience with their service. The receptionist was so disrespectful and he hesitate to provide the basic need of using lavatory. He awfully treated me when I asked for using the washroom and I was waiting in the reception area ... Such an inhuman behaviour

Rooms is veri good service is very bad...

Need to maintain the rooms. Provide necessary things like iron. Napkins, Ironing board. Toilet flash not working, mattress is the worst ever. Cheap mattress springs are penetrating through our bodies. Horrible. The sofa chairs are like rock when we sit on it. Can't sit for long time. Not to my expectations.

Excellent rooms, poor service

Neat and maintained. The only issue I found was that the tv channel was not subscribed and the ac remote was not working. Rest all cool, good parking space, clean and neat room, good space in the room....
