Visited the family restaurant. The food was really good, especially the beef and pork dishes. The staff was really great.

The receptionist here is a bad guy. He asks money from the customers, if you are not willing to pay the money, his attitude become worst. Management please do needful decisions. I think his name was john.

Very bad service and atmosphere at bar section. Visited first time and it will be my last one. Managementis not taking it seriously even after getting lot of bad service reviews. Every staffs at bar are drunken and have bad attitude.

Very bad experience in bar section. Especially one Mr. Jhon from kannur.. He is utter waste for behaving others.. I will never visit again..

This hotel is located in the heart of Thiruvalla town. This is the only reason this hotel is still running in such a bad service. Full crowd and noise near bar area in the evening. Not a peaceful place to stay. Staff behaviour very arrogant especially in evening. Nothing much to say never ever go there.

Had a very good lunch with family at reasonable prices. Recommended for lunch. Ample parking space.

The best. I am visiting this hotel since my child hood. This is my favourite hotel in Thiruvalla though a lot others have came recently. i am a regular customer since 20 years. Super tasty and good ambience. We can choose even private rooms for party. Roof garden is good if you are looking for an ambience for dinner. Normal dining area is also good. Good service.

Very bad experience for me today. Food was totally bad. Worst experience I never visit this hotel again
