The rooftop restaurant and bar provide a great ambiance, especially for special occasions and candlelight dinners on Valentine's Day. Cheers Bar on Level 2 is also a top-notch place for drinks. They have parking at the back, though entry can be a bit tricky due to the busy location. The cafe on the ground floor is a nice touch, and my wife's favorite here is their cheesecake. Overall, a great place for dining and relaxation!

Disappointed by the Reception Staff's Attitude.. Especially the female staff at the front desk.. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the reception of this hotel was truly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were cold, unwelcoming, and surprisingly rude. Rather than being helpful or polite, they acted as if my questions were a burden and seemed completely uninterested in assisting. Basic courtesy was lacking -- no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make me feel comfortable. It's a shame because the hotel itself had potential, but the front desk is the first point of contact and sets the tone for the whole stay. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff in basic hospitality and customer service. A little respect and politeness go a long way.

I've been visiting Elite Continental frequently since 2015, and over the years, it has become more than just a hotel --it's like a second home to me. This place holds countless memories, and every visit brings a sense of security and happiness. My go-to favorites here are the chicken sandwich, banana milkshake, and fish fingers - delicious and satisfying. Whether I'm traveling or just stopping by, I always make it a point to take a break here. That said, there is room for improvement in other food options, especially dishes like biriyani and meals, which could be enhanced to match the quality of their best offerings. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the place are well-maintained. Elite always remains a reliable and comforting destination. It's always a pleasure to visit, and I look forward to coming back every time! Would definitely recommend.

I never imagined hotel rooms in a small place like Tiruvalla could be so good. The deluxe suites are like a mini flat. Very spacious. It's beyond expectations at affordable price. Too good. Looks like recently renovated therefore everything is neat, clean and well maintained. Hope they will be able to do it. I would have loved to give them full marks but for the fact that they don't offer vegetarian menu. They bluntly say that there is another restaurant outside the hotel which offers Vegetarian. So to say that this hotel is strictly non-vegetarian. If you are a vegetarian.. KGA is helpless. I am very disappointed ... would not recommend for vegetarians.

The stay, service, and restaurant were all excellent. However, the zero-refund cancellation policy is quite disappointing. Suggest to consider a more fair cancellation policy. Partial refund option would enhance customer satisfaction.

Misbehavior of ELITE STAFF Anish and jobin|I recently had a stay at your hotel and was impressed with the overall experience the food, location, and value for money were excellent. However I want to bring to your attention an issue my wife faced during her stay which left a very negative impression|During her visit she invited her family members to have lunch at the hotel's restaurant. When she approached the reception to ask about the menu options Mr. Anish responded rudely, telling her to go and ask the restaurant instead of assisting her. This kind of behavior is unacceptable especially from front desk staff, who are expected to be professional and courteous.|Thankfully another receptionist a lady stepped in and politely explained the different menus and restaurant options available. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness which was much appreciated.|I strongly urge you to train Mr. Anish and Mr. Jobin on proper customer service especially when dealing with women and senior citizens. A hotel of your standard should ensure that all staff treat guests with respect and professionalism.

They have started with a new vegetarian dine in experience. Decent setup with simple but tasty menu of dosas, Kerala porotta combos , Channa Batura, juices etc. Friendly staff and air conditioned interiors.

Our sons Baptism function was held here in the year 2017. We had got the hall booked and we had our food ordered from there itself. No additional rent had to be paid for the hall. It was well managed.
