We recently hosted our program and stayed overnight at CVM house, and overall, it was a great experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The event space was well-equipped and suitable for our needs, making it easy to run our program smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable . Stunning Stay at CVM House, Sankaramangalam We stayed at CVM House the night before our wedding, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The location is picturesque, providing a perfect backdrop for some stunning wedding photos that we'll cherish forever. The property itself had a homely feel, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind before our big day. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Communication with the team was smooth and efficient--they made everything easy, and all our needs were promptly taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to kick off such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, spacious grounds, very homely feel. The experience could be enhanced if some basic essentials are made available like coffee / tea. The grounds need to be fumigated so that the verandah could be mosquito. Otherwise a great experience. Very helpful caretaker

49th reunion of Nicholson Tiruvalla 1976 batch was held at the CVM House, Sankaramangalam homestay, Tiruvalla on March 22, 2025. This venue was ideal for our event of 25 attendees. This large traditional household is exquisitely maintained, fully a/c, with several spacious bedrooms, seating arrangements, restrooms, large lawn and round the clock security. We had a fun time at the event. Thank you for the hospitality. We would give it a 5 star rating and would come back in a heartbeat for a similar event. Mercy and team

It was an unforgettable experience hosting our school reunion at the stunning Heritage Villa at 'CVM House' in the heart of Thiruvalla town! This meticulously restored heritage villa combines old-world charm with modern amenities, making it the perfect setting for our school reunion. Our lunch was served at the traditional ' Chaarthu' facing the garden. Our classmates appreciated our time in this villa with luxurious interiors and an expansive garden. The well-trained staff offered the best service. Everything, from the villa to the garden all around the villa, was impeccably clean. It was a reunion to remember at this exquisite villa in Thiruvalla! We hope to spend a couple of days in this lovely place again. It is a nice getaway in the centre of town.

We had a beautiful family get together with my parents and sisters at the CVM house. It was really a home away from home and brought back fond memories of our ancestral homes. Our parents also shared age old stories about their homes since the CVM house awakens our inner spirits that are usually lost in the hustle and bustle of life. It's an ideal place to rejuvenate ourselves being close to nature and tradition. The place is well maintained and is a perfect blend of tradition and all modern amenities. We can see that there is lot of effort and thought put in to make sure that the guests have a memorable experience. The place is spotlessly clean with all the required utensils and electrical equipments. The gardens are well maintained and the children enjoyed playing different games in the backyard. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well. The location is ideal which helps us to get traditional and multi-cuisine food from different outlets. Overall it's been the best experience for our family and we look forward to staying at CVM house sometime soon.

CVM House in Kerala offers a delightful stay, providing comfort and relaxation in a heritage setting. The spacious rooms, though we wished for slightly more cleanliness, were complemented by the exceptionally helpful staff. The homely feeling of the house combined with its heritage charm and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a memorable vacation experience.

Amazing and aesthetically pleasing property! We booked out the house in June for my wedding. The house and its grounds were well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff oversee the activities of the house. We were able to celebrate the wedding eve with family by renting out the adjoining extension called CHARTHU. Great place for pictures, comfortable stay and peace. Conveniently located near Max store and other essential stores.
