Club 7 Hotel

Great location. Full time security. Great receptionist very friendly, and positive attitude. Clear communication. Rooms are great for a night not too big not too small service was great I asked for iron in few minutes they brought it in. Inside room looks like need a new paint job. And the old dresser needs to be replaced. Overall good.

I stayed there last week. Neat and clean rooms. Courteous service. Lavish spread of buffet breakfast is excellent. Morning and evening walkers need not go out for walking amidst heavy traffic and dog menace. It takes nearly 2 minutes for one round of walk inside the Hotel through the Long stretch of corridor. Worth your money. Must not miss CLUB 7 hotel if you come to Thiruvalla for stay. Strongly recommend

This is a decent and clean hotel room, price is bit upper limit compared to the facilities offered. But still if you are in a rush and need to stay in a place in Tiruvalla which is close to bustand and railwaystation, i recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a decent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special. The location was convenient for my needs. Overall, it was an average stay - not impressive, but not disappointing either.

I had a terrible experience at Club7 Hotel. After taking my payment, the front desk staff abruptly canceled my stay, claiming I was rude--an unfair and baseless accusation. They demanded an ID for the second guest, and when I explained it would be provided upon arrival, they still refused to honor my booking. Their unprofessional and inappropriate behavior made the entire situation frustrating and inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting fair treatment and decent customer service.

A good hotel with polite staff. They offer rooms, a restaurant, and a bar facility. It is located in the center of Thiruvalla city. The buffet breakfast was good, with three varieties of cut fruits. Overall, it was a good experience. The only problem I faced was with parking. There is no parking available in the front area, as the mall houses KFC, Fruitbae, KR, and other shops

One of the worst service i experienced from this hotel. Don't go to this hotel. Full of dust. I asked to clean the room 2nd day but they didn't. Taking too much time to take printout of bills.

The rooms were bare bones and the bathroom was very outdated and somewhat dirty.||I did see a couple of roaches. ||We were visiting family nearby and stayed for two nights.||If they can invest in updating the bathrooms, that would definitely elevate the experience.||The restaurant inside was decent..
