Excellent homestay. All you need is there including normal EV charging( paid. ). Very clean rooms. Fine staff. They even have an attached wellness center. Ideal for families having loved ones in hospital or extended medical care. Marriage parties. Ample parking space.

Staff is very easy to work with, attention to details. Very warm and welcoming. Fair pricing and nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Great experience.

We had booked a 2bhk and the rooms were very neat and clean. The experience was really good. Only drawback is they don't provide food. Breakfast they provide but that is also coming from outside. Since in the room kitchen facility is there, we can prepare food at our own comfort and convenience. Near to shops and market.

Had a wonderful stay at Castle Brook for 15 days. The property is well maintained with wonderful staff who is always available 24 x 7. The Castel Brook Residential Homestay is great place to stay when you are in Kerala. The service is great and helpful. The room is big and they provide water to drink. Please note: 1. We didn't have hot water while we showered, however it just warm enough to take a quick shower. 2. If you want the room to be clean...you have to give them your key. Overall, it was a good 'homebase' to sleep if you are traveling around to Kottayam/Chengannur/Pathanamthitta areas. Its not a Marriott, so don't expect the rooms to be like it. The breakfast is a good Kerala breakfast...very simple and good.

As part of our trip to Thiruvalla (for a wedding at the Vijaya Convention centre) , we stayed with a few guests at Castle Brook. We had a great time, where the staff of the homestay provided us with everything we needed. The homestay is close to the Convention centre, and there are clothing shops at walkable distance (we bought all our wedding attire in Thiruvalla). The room we stayed in (2 person bedroom with private bathroom) was equipped with a good airconditioning unit and an exceptional shower. The homestay arranged our further travels to Munnar as well, which was of big help to us.
