AIRCO Le Grand Inn hotel

Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and neatly maintained. It's also in a very convenient location -- with easy access to the railway station, private bus stand, and KSRTC bus stand. Only suggestion would be to look into changing the bed, as I noticed a few ants. Also, since it's an AC room and kept closed most of the time, there was a bit of a smell -- maybe some air freshening or better ventilation could help. Would still recommend it for short stays due to the service and location!

It is situated in the heart of Thiruvalla Town. We visited here in January 2025. Staff behaved very well. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. Morning tea facility is not available here. Railway station is very nearby with in 2 km. Bus stand is adjacent to this location within 200 metres. Very easy to access.

I just called them to inquire about the room tariff and facilities, the person who took the call didn't acknowledge the call, didn't start the call with greetings or at least inform the name for the hotel, I had to ask him three times about tariff still no reply after that I was confused as if I had called the correct number and asked to which he said yes and asked me directly am i coming as a couple when I said no I'm solo travelers he told me to call after half and hour just to tell me tariff, Dropped the plan on staying when they don't even have a decent reception or whoever picked the call, I can imagine the customer if this is their telephone etiquette.

The rooms are big. Bedsheets were not clean. Bathrooms were not clean.

Beautiful place, dim lighting in rooms might be an irritation but bang in the city

It was a cozy experience staying at the hotel... Beautiful Rooms with a cute sofa and carpet, In the washroom although they need to fix the tap. Soap and shampoo/ self care products was provided, Warm water was also not a problem. If you are a tourist communicating in English with staff might be a problem.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Thiruvalla and had a great experience. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service was also commendable, with staff being attentive and responsive to our needs.

Bad experience with the reception staff. When I asked him for a room his said no you are not eligible for a room in this hotel. I asked why... He replied why don't you have a handbag or a luggage with you. I said it's my wish how should I travel or what should I carry while I travel. Any very bad experience .
